1. 0:00In the final hour, I asked Allah, and
2. 0:03the next day, the illness for which
3. 0:05doctors found no cure, I found its cure
4. 0:08with Allah in the last hour of Friday.
5. 0:12Peace be upon you and the mercy and
6. 0:14blessings of Allah. In the name of
7. 0:16Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most
8. 0:17Merciful. All praise is due to Allah,
9. 0:19Lord of the worlds. And may prayers and
10. 0:21peace be upon the Messenger of Allah,
11. 0:23Muhammad, the Trustworthy, and upon.
12. 0:25His family and all his companions. We
13. 0:28are, by the grace of Allah, on a Friday
14. 0:31. And what do you know of Friday? It is
15. 0:36a great day, in which there is an hour
16. 0:38where no servant asks their Lord for
17. 0:41anything but that Allah grants it to
18. 0:43them. This hour is the last hour of
19. 0:47Friday. It is an hour we must cherish,
20. 0:50taste its beauty, and take our share of
21. 0:53supplication during this blessed time.
22. 0:57A great hour that is a gift from Allah
23. 1:00Almighty to us; meaning Allah has
24. 1:03placed in the week a great prize like
25. 1:06Laylat al-Qadr, where your supplication
26. 1:09is answered in this blessed hour, the
27. 1:12last hour of Friday. Empty yourself of
28. 1:16all distractions and diversions, and
29. 1:19sit in this last hour. Ideally, if you
30. 1:23have the stamina, energy, and strength,
31. 1:26sit from after Asr, as the righteous
32. 1:28predecessors used to do, until sunset,
33. 1:31and ask your Lord for the good of this
34. 1:34world and the Hereafter. Request it,
35. 1:38say "O Allah," say "O Generous," I want
36. 1:41my need. If you cannot do that, then
37. 1:44make it the last hour. Simply cut off
38. 1:48all attachments to creation. And attach
39. 1:52your heart to the Creator. And say to
40. 1:55Him: O Allah, I want this, and I want
41. 1:57that, and I want that. Grant me, my
42. 2:00Lord, this and that. Our Lord is Most
43. 2:03Generous. Our Lord is Most Kind. Our
44. 2:06Lord is the Giver. Our Lord loves for
45. 2:08His servant to ask Him and call upon
46. 2:10Him. By Allah, my brother. And my
47. 2:14sister, the miracles of this hour are
48. 2:18known only to those who have tasted it,
49. 2:22felt it, lived its comfort, and
50. 2:26subsequently obtained its blessing. But
51. 2:32approach Allah with certainty through
52. 2:36its three pillars: sensing His presence
53. 2:39—as you pray to Allah, feel His
54. 2:43presence, that He is with you, hears
55. 2:47you, and sees you—then Awareness of
56. 2:54the meanings; contemplate the meanings
57. 2:56as you say "O Allah," who are you
58. 2:57addressing? As you say "My Lord,
59. 3:00forgive me and accept my repentance,
60. 3:02for You are the Oft-Returning, the Most
61. 3:04Merciful," you are seeking forgiveness
62. 3:07from the All-Forgiving. Remember the
63. 3:09greatness of Allah's forgiveness and
64. 3:11the magnitude of the sin you have
65. 3:13committed. Say "O Allah, forgive it for
66. 3:15me," while saying "There is no power
67. 3:17and no strength except with Allah."
68. 3:19Meaning, O Lord. I am surrendered
69. 3:22before You; I have shed all strength,
70. 3:24all power, and all capability. And I, O
71. 3:29Lord, surrender to You by disavowing my
72. 3:31own strength and power, and pray upon
73. 3:33the Messenger of Allah. And know that
74. 3:37Allah will send prayers upon you ten
75. 3:39times. Contemplate this understanding.
76. 3:41While you ask, say "O Allah, grant me
77. 3:44my need." Live, live the meanings. The
78. 3:48request that you want—what do you
79. 3:50desire? Do not be heedless or
80. 3:53distracted. Then the pillar. The third
81. 3:55pillar is joy. Joy, which is optimism.
82. 3:59You are happy. Why am I happy? Why am I
83. 4:02joyful? Because I am sitting with Allah
84. 4:04. Because Allah hears me. Because my
85. 4:07need is with the Lord of the worlds.
86. 4:09Because my need will be fulfilled. Live
87. 4:11this joy, having good expectations of
88. 4:14Allah Almighty on this beautiful and
89. 4:17magnificent day. There is, glory be to
90. 4:19Allah, a blessed sister, may Allah be
91. 4:21pleased with her, who mentioned a story
92. 4:22to me. I will tell it to you, though
93. 4:25its details are many. She said my son
94. 4:28had an illness. And this illness was
95. 4:33causing him to be bullied among
96. 4:35children, he was five years old, and.
97. 4:39And the problem, she says, was present
98. 4:42on a daily basis. And it started to
99. 4:45cause, I mean, it made other children
100. 4:49avoid him. They would bully him, get
101. 4:53annoyed by him, and not play with him.
102. 4:56She says, glory be to God, this matter
103. 4:58saddened me greatly. I feared for his
104. 5:01mental state, for his mental well-being
105. 5:02. She says, I began praying for his
106. 5:06healing days ago. Oh Lord, this illness
107. 5:09, the doctors said it was hopeless.
108. 5:12What should I do, Lord? The doctors are
109. 5:15helpless. She said she sat up on Friday
110. 5:18night; she mentioned the timing. But I
111. 5:22will only mention the general age. She
112. 5:25said on Friday night, glory be to God,
113. 5:28the previous one, God woke me in the
114. 5:31last hour before dawn. God, the Kind,
115. 5:34woke me in the last hour before dawn.
116. 5:37The weather was cold. She said, I
117. 5:40struggled to get up. I sat and opened
118. 5:43my hands. And I prayed, I prayed for
119. 5:45God to remove the problem. So I laid my
120. 5:47hand on him and recited Al-Fatiha. And
121. 5:49she says after that, I recited over
122. 5:51some water. And I also sat in the last
123. 5:55hour of Friday. Remembering God, and
124. 5:59asking God to bless my son with healing
125. 6:01. To bless my son with healing. She
126. 6:05said, I persisted in my prayers to God
127. 6:07a lot. She said the next day, she says,
128. 6:10glory be to God, the next day. Oh, my
129. 6:14son came and said, "Mom." Something
130. 6:16white came out of me, from my mouth.
131. 6:19Something white came out of my throat.
132. 6:22So she says, "Praise be to God, Lord of
133. 6:24the worlds." She says, "Praise be to
134. 6:26God, Lord of the worlds," God blessed.
135. 6:28My son with healing. Healing from, look
136. 6:31. She says, I mean, he says, "Something
137. 6:34white came out of my mouth." So she
138. 6:36says, "Praise be to God," God blessed
139. 6:38my son with healing. And she says, "I
140. 6:41was praying to God until my tongue grew
141. 6:42tired." She said, "By God, the problem
142. 6:47disappeared completely the next day,
143. 6:50Saturday." She says, "Something came
144. 6:53out of his mouth." Something white came
145. 6:55out, and she says. And the problem
146. 6:57vanished. Without the need for any
147. 7:00treatment. Or surgical intervention. Or
148. 7:02any doctor's interference. She says, "I
149. 7:04was overjoyed." I praised God, the
150. 7:07Almighty. For His grace. Be you the
151. 7:10owners of the next story, and I will be
152. 7:12the owner of the next story. We all
153. 7:15must be the owners of the next story.
