  1. 0:00These are 23 ways to use AI that you've
  2. 0:02probably never heard of because most
  3. 0:04people are only using a fraction of AI's
  4. 0:07full potential. I've been in the AI
  5. 0:09trenches for the past 3 years running
  6. 0:11multiple AI companies and I can tell you
  7. 0:13most people are only scratching the
  8. 0:15surface of what's possible. And in this
  9. 0:17video, I'll show you 23 new ways that
  10. 0:19you can use AI to turn on easy mode in
  11. 0:22all aspects of your life. Number one,
  12. 0:24master prompts for your whole life.
  13. 0:26Essentially, we want to build a single
  14. 0:29life prompt, a collection of all your
  15. 0:31values, your goals, your weaknesses,
  16. 0:33your principles, your life, every
  17. 0:35detail. That way, every time you ask AI
  18. 0:38a question, it answers it through your
  19. 0:40lens. So, here's how it works. You
  20. 0:42actually say to Chad GBT, "Help me
  21. 0:45create a master prompt for my life and
  22. 0:47ask me the questions to give you the
  23. 0:49context about my life." And it'll ask
  24. 0:51you the questions. You answer it and
  25. 0:53save it as a PDF. Now, anytime you ask
  26. 0:55AI or any other AI, upload the PDF
  27. 0:58before you ask her a question so it has
  28. 0:59all the context. That's your master
  29. 1:01prompt. Number two, hidden truth mirror.
  30. 1:04AI's number one opportunity for most
  31. 1:06people is to use it to uncover blind
  32. 1:09spots and traits that you don't even
  33. 1:11realize about yourself. Here's how we do
  34. 1:14this. I want you to open up your AI of
  35. 1:16choice. I like Chad GBT. Feed it your
  36. 1:18journals. Feed it your blog post. Feed
  37. 1:20it your content. Feed it all the
  38. 1:21information, any patterns for context,
  39. 1:23but ask it. Tell me something unique
  40. 1:26about me that I don't see yet. The truth
  41. 1:29is, if you've been using Tragic BT or
  42. 1:31other a lot, it'll already know this
  43. 1:33stuff. Number three, write books that
  44. 1:36don't even exist yet. There's definitely
  45. 1:38people you admire that have talked about
  46. 1:41a topic that have never written a book
  47. 1:42on that topic. For example, Sarah
  48. 1:45Blakeley on parenting or Mr. beast on
  49. 1:47how to scale a media company. So what
  50. 1:49you do is you prompt a Chad GBT to train
  51. 1:52itself on interviews, podcasts, any
  52. 1:54content they've ever written. Then
  53. 1:56prompt it to create a book using best
  54. 1:58practices about book outlines to write
  55. 2:00the chapters, the frameworks, and the
  56. 2:02checklist. Pull out all the quotes.
  57. 2:04Don't hallucinate. And it will create
  58. 2:06that book for you. If you actually want
  59. 2:08the prompt that I wrote to generate
  60. 2:10books on any topic from any person I
  61. 2:13follow, click the link below and
  62. 2:14download it for yourself. Number four,
  63. 2:17decision-making journal. Essentially,
  64. 2:19you use AI to track the choices and
  65. 2:21review them later to improve your
  66. 2:22decision-m based on the results they got
  67. 2:25you. Here's how you do it. Log all your
  68. 2:27major decisions into Chad GPT with an
  69. 2:29expected outcome, whether personal or in
  70. 2:32your work and ask it to challenge you on
  71. 2:34your thinking. See, most AIs are
  72. 2:37designed to be very agreeable and unless
  73. 2:39you tell it to actually challenge you,
  74. 2:42it won't. So, make sure that you include
  75. 2:44that in your prompt. Number five, the AI
  76. 2:46camcorder method. You can take a messy
  77. 2:49recording of you doing something that
  78. 2:52you want to create a repeatable
  79. 2:53checklist from or standard operating
  80. 2:55procedure or a playbook and you can get
  81. 2:57AI to do that for you. All you have to
  82. 2:59do is paste the raw notes or transcript
  83. 3:01from any video of you doing something
  84. 3:04and ask GPT for a one-page checklist
  85. 3:06with all the pitfalls in the reminders
  86. 3:08for whatever you gave it. It will create
  87. 3:11a better system documentation for
  88. 3:13repeating a task or a project in your
  89. 3:15life that you can give to somebody else
  90. 3:17to do for you. Number six, break down
  91. 3:19goals to actions. Most people have a
  92. 3:22vision for their life, but they don't
  93. 3:23have a plan because they've never done
  94. 3:25it before. You can use AI to actually
  95. 3:27help you build a plan. Here's how we do
  96. 3:29it. Tell Chad GBT what your goal is and
  97. 3:31ask it to design a 30, 60, 90day road
  98. 3:34map with action items and it'll build
  99. 3:36that for you. Number seven, visualize
  100. 3:38your dreams. Instead of spending all
  101. 3:41your time finding images to download and
  102. 3:44spend hours in Photoshop, you can have
  103. 3:46AI create a vision board that has
  104. 3:49everything that you want to vision for
  105. 3:51your life front and center in that
  106. 3:53image. So, here's how we do it. We take
  107. 3:55our goals from the last step and ask AI
  108. 3:58to generate images of what your life
  109. 4:00would look like once you achieve them
  110. 4:02and then look at it every day. Be in the
  111. 4:05energy of achievement. Number eight,
  112. 4:07automate savings and investment plan.
  113. 4:10Essentially, you want to automate your
  114. 4:12wealth building when your motivation
  115. 4:13isn't there and you get AI to give you
  116. 4:16the plan. So, ask Chad GBT to draft a
  117. 4:19pay yourself first schedule and bank
  118. 4:21rolls for emergency fund, debt,
  119. 4:23investments for your specific situation.
  120. 4:25Most people hire these wealth folks that
  121. 4:27really don't even have any money to
  122. 4:28build a plan for you. AI will give you
  123. 4:30that with more clarity, specificity,
  124. 4:32specific for your situation. Number
  125. 4:34nine, tax deduction finder. Right off
  126. 4:37the bat, talk to a professional. But
  127. 4:40having AI catch write offs,
  128. 4:42opportunities for credit, and grants
  129. 4:45where most people miss, is a huge
  130. 4:47opportunity to get more money back.
  131. 4:48Upload all your expenses. Ask Chad GBT
  132. 4:52based on your situation. Flag likely
  133. 4:54deductions and build a monthly tracking
  134. 4:56checklist. And also ask it, "What are
  135. 4:58the grants that might be available that
  136. 5:00I might qualify for?" Number 10,
  137. 5:02personal board of adviserss. One of the
  138. 5:04most powerful strategies to progress
  139. 5:06your life is the concept of a mastermind
  140. 5:08or a board of mentors. The problem is a
  141. 5:10lot of these people aren't available. AI
  142. 5:12can help you build that without them
  143. 5:14being in your life even if they're not
  144. 5:16alive. The first part is you can
  145. 5:18actually ask Chad GPT to tell you who's
  146. 5:21achieved the goals that you want to
  147. 5:22achieve. So they help you build that
  148. 5:23list. Then you can tell it to act like
  149. 5:26them in a custom GPT to answer any
  150. 5:28question you might have about sequencing
  151. 5:30or decisions or structure based on the
  152. 5:33AI's best guess for how those people
  153. 5:35would have made those decisions in their
  154. 5:37life. Number 11, future selflet letters
  155. 5:39that rewire you. Essentially, you stay
  156. 5:42motivated by receiving letters from your
  157. 5:45future self. What you want to do is you
  158. 5:47want to feed Chad GBT your goals and
  159. 5:48your fears. Then ask it to draft letters
  160. 5:52delivered to you in 30, 90, or 365 days.
  161. 5:56You can actually send them every month
  162. 5:57if you want, but it's going to write the
  163. 5:59letters that's going to anticipate how
  164. 6:01you might be feeling based on where
  165. 6:02you're at in your life around your
  166. 6:04goals, and it's going to just keep you
  167. 6:06motivated. Number 12, contextaware
  168. 6:09memory vault. Essentially, you want to
  169. 6:11let AI become your second brain. To do
  170. 6:14that, we want to create project folders
  171. 6:16and dump everything into it. You could
  172. 6:18have a folder where you upload
  173. 6:20everything, your bank accounts, your
  174. 6:22current investments. You can even
  175. 6:24reference books that you think are kind
  176. 6:26of aligned with your values of how you
  177. 6:27want to live your life. You know, Die
  178. 6:29with Zero is a great book. And then ask
  179. 6:31it to help you make decisions based on
  180. 6:33the context of your life. That way, it
  181. 6:36acts as a second brain and it can recall
  182. 6:38relevant insights that it made based on
  183. 6:40what you shared with it. So, when you
  184. 6:41want to make new decisions, it has all
  185. 6:43the information about your current life.
  186. 6:44You give it the new information. And
  187. 6:46then you say, "Okay, now I've got a kid.
  188. 6:48How should I think about my investments
  189. 6:49differently?" And it'll give you an
  190. 6:50answer. I use project folders for
  191. 6:53everything. My investments in my life,
  192. 6:55the individual companies that I run. I
  193. 6:57was buying a new piece of real estate in
  194. 6:59Cabo. I had that as a project folder. It
  195. 7:02is the coolest thing to have my second
  196. 7:04brain be in AI. Number 13, just in time
  197. 7:08learning paths. The ability to learn is
  198. 7:11a master skill. Too many people get busy
  199. 7:13learning stuff that doesn't actually
  200. 7:15help them. So, let's say you want to
  201. 7:16have Chad GPT teach you how to use AI.
  202. 7:20You can ask it to map out 20% of the
  203. 7:23lessons to learn how to use AI that
  204. 7:25matters most and skip all the fluff.
  205. 7:27That way, it's just a punchy learning
  206. 7:29path that's just in time based on what
  207. 7:31you're dealing with right now. Number
  208. 7:3314, meeting assistant. I wrote a book
  209. 7:35called Buy Back Your Time. So, anything
  210. 7:37that talks about assistance, I get
  211. 7:38really excited. But what I do is I use
  212. 7:40AI to turn all my meetings into assets,
  213. 7:43not just a huge time sync. So for
  214. 7:45example, you want to give the call
  215. 7:47recordings that you have, ideally you're
  216. 7:48doing them over Zoom, to AI and then
  217. 7:51have it pull all the notes and tell you
  218. 7:54what do you need to do based on that
  219. 7:56conversation. This might sound crazy,
  220. 7:58but I have a guy on my team optin who
  221. 8:00wears a AI pin. It's a necklace that's
  222. 8:03always on. It's by Limitless. And
  223. 8:05essentially that necklace is doing this
  224. 8:07in real time for him all the time. He's
  225. 8:09in a meeting talking to somebody. It
  226. 8:11does a summary of the meeting and tell
  227. 8:12him what he needs to add to his to-do
  228. 8:13list. All real time, always on. A little
  229. 8:16advanced, but let's just start with
  230. 8:18having you get the recordings of your
  231. 8:19calls and transcribe them through AI.
  232. 8:22Number 15, risk assessment. Essentially,
  233. 8:24you want to have AI assess the risk of
  234. 8:27your business or life decisions. I do
  235. 8:29this all the time. I like to use the
  236. 8:31voice app and I'll go on a walk and I
  237. 8:34will talk through my earbuds to AI about
  238. 8:37my life. I will give it all the context
  239. 8:39and the situation. The other day I had a
  240. 8:41major business restructuring decision
  241. 8:43and I gave it all the people, the
  242. 8:46business size, the team members and it
  243. 8:48gave me back the decision that I was
  244. 8:50scared to make. I said chat GPT sell me
  245. 8:53on it and it said boom boom boom here
  246. 8:56are the pros and cons. That was the
  247. 8:58decision and the whole point is to use
  248. 9:00it to help you mitigate the risk. So
  249. 9:02then after it gives you ideas, then you
  250. 9:03can ask it. Tell me all the risk in that
  251. 9:06decision so I can understand what
  252. 9:07decision I'm actually making. Number 16,
  253. 9:10message sharpener. I have two people in
  254. 9:12my life. I have one person who doesn't
  255. 9:14like to talk. I have another person who
  256. 9:16talks too much. I taught them how to
  257. 9:18create custom GPTs that they can talk to
  258. 9:21for it to either add stuff to the person
  259. 9:24doesn't ask or ask them questions or to
  260. 9:26trim it for the one that just seems
  261. 9:27incredibly verbose. Here's how you set
  262. 9:30it up. You open up GPT and you hit the
  263. 9:33little microphone button and you talk to
  264. 9:34it. Hello, are you there?
  265. 9:36>> Hey there. Yep, I'm here and ready to
  266. 9:38chat. Let me know what you need.
  267. 9:40>> All right. I need you to take what I'm
  268. 9:41about to say, which is going to be a
  269. 9:42very direct and angry thing, and then
  270. 9:45take exactly what I said, but resay it
  271. 9:48in a way that's kinder, softer, and more
  272. 9:52still direct, but not as harsh. Can you
  273. 9:54do that?
  274. 9:55>> Absolutely, I can do that. Just go ahead
  275. 9:57and tell me what you want to say and
  276. 9:59I'll reshape it into something a bit
  277. 10:01gentler for you.
  278. 10:02>> Yo, bro, why didn't you send me the 2026
  279. 10:04goals yet?
  280. 10:06>> Got it. So, let's soften that up a bit.
  281. 10:08You could say something like, "Hey, I
  282. 10:10noticed I haven't received the 2026
  283. 10:12goals yet. Could you please send them
  284. 10:14over when you get a chance?" Still
  285. 10:15direct, but definitely a bit kinder.
  286. 10:18>> Let's go. I love it. Thank you. It may
  287. 10:20sound funny, but I know a lot of people
  288. 10:22that should be using that. Number 17,
  289. 10:25Travel Architect. Using AI to help you
  290. 10:28plan a trip is a master tool and you not
  291. 10:31feeling overwhelmed or confused. What
  292. 10:34you can do is give it the date, your
  293. 10:37budget, your preferences, and then ask
  294. 10:39it for a five-stop plan with hidden gems
  295. 10:43and must sees. We're currently on a
  296. 10:459-month world schooling trip, going to
  297. 10:48like 15 countries and 40 plus cities,
  298. 10:51and we've been using AI to help us
  299. 10:54design, follow weather, find games to go
  300. 10:57to, ensure the kids are always busy. All
  301. 10:59designed with AI. There is zero chance
  302. 11:02that we could have got to the level of
  303. 11:03trip planning without AI for our world
  304. 11:06schooling adventures. And if you use
  305. 11:07agent mode, all you have to do is give
  306. 11:10it your card. Number 18, an emotional
  307. 11:12debrief partner. Using AI to turn bad
  308. 11:16days or bad moments into lessons is one
  309. 11:19of the number one use cases for AI.
  310. 11:22Getting clarity around a situation, it's
  311. 11:24so powerful. The easiest way to do that
  312. 11:27is go into voice mode and just vent and
  313. 11:30give it everything. Here's the
  314. 11:31situation. Here's what they said. Here's
  315. 11:34how I felt. And then you can ask Chad
  316. 11:36GBT to say sort through the noise in the
  317. 11:39signal and give me one lesson, one
  318. 11:41silver lining that I might be able to
  319. 11:44take on to shift my perspective. And it
  320. 11:46will give you that micro shift. Here's
  321. 11:48why that's powerful. If you stay in your
  322. 11:50head, you're in trouble. If you get
  323. 11:53things out to talk with somebody, it
  324. 11:56helps. And look, it doesn't replace a
  325. 11:58therapist, but it also is something
  326. 12:00that's available to you right now in the
  327. 12:02moment. Don't need to schedule. It
  328. 12:04doesn't cost anything. It honestly has
  329. 12:06access to all the best therapy
  330. 12:08strategies to at least give you some
  331. 12:10direction better than just sitting there
  332. 12:12by yourself trying to think about it in
  333. 12:13your head. Number 19, content creator.
  334. 12:16This is not what you think. I actually
  335. 12:19use it to turn memories into content
  336. 12:21ideas so that I can share those with the
  337. 12:23world. The way you do this is you ask
  338. 12:25Chia GBT to ask you all the meaningful
  339. 12:28stories, moments, transformations you've
  340. 12:30ever had in your life and then you just
  341. 12:32answer it and then say, "Please reformat
  342. 12:34these into a PSL framework, essentially
  343. 12:38a point story lesson." What it does is
  344. 12:41it takes all the stories that you've
  345. 12:43just like kind of rambled about and
  346. 12:44answered questions about this meaningful
  347. 12:46moment and then it rewrites it in a
  348. 12:48structure that you can then create
  349. 12:49content with that actually hits hard.
  350. 12:52Number 20, the contract translator. One
  351. 12:55of the ultimate use cases for AI is
  352. 12:58legal. Simplifying confusing contracts
  353. 13:00and financial docs is a must, but
  354. 13:03there's a way to do it that most people
  355. 13:04don't think about. What I do is I have
  356. 13:06my assistant before she talks to my
  357. 13:08lawyer upload every contract that comes
  358. 13:11into my life up to Chad GPT and then I
  359. 13:13ask it to rewrite the contract in plain
  360. 13:16English highlighting any of the riskiest
  361. 13:20terms that I need to know about. And
  362. 13:22then I ask it to tell me the three
  363. 13:23questions I should be asking about that
  364. 13:25contract. I can take my assistant who
  365. 13:28has no legal background and turn her
  366. 13:29into a parallegal next level ninja to
  367. 13:33prep all the contracts where I just have
  368. 13:34all my email drafts having the answers
  369. 13:37to those questions. Number 21, the
  370. 13:39contract creator. This one's powerful
  371. 13:41cuz it will save you hundreds of dollars
  372. 13:44in legal fees instead of hiring a
  373. 13:46lawyer. It may sound simple, but let me
  374. 13:48give you the specific prompts.
  375. 13:50Essentially, you want to explain your
  376. 13:52situation in plain English, but also
  377. 13:54give it all the details about the city
  378. 13:56you live in, the country you live in,
  379. 13:57the situation, and then ask it to ask
  380. 13:59you any other questions it would need to
  381. 14:02draft a worldclass professional contract
  382. 14:05as a legal expert. Once it asks you
  383. 14:08those questions, you answer it, and you
  384. 14:09hit enter, it will draft you something
  385. 14:11that most lawyers do not know how to do.
  386. 14:13And again, you can also use it to
  387. 14:15evaluate pros and cons to see if it's
  388. 14:17too one-sided for you, because it
  389. 14:19probably will be, so that you can find
  390. 14:21something that's more fair. Number 22,
  391. 14:23tough conversation roleplay.
  392. 14:25Essentially, using AI to have a sparring
  393. 14:28partner to roleplay through tough
  394. 14:30conversations you know you should be
  395. 14:31having, but you might be avoiding. This
  396. 14:33could be maybe a parent you need to talk
  397. 14:36to. This could be your partner where you
  398. 14:38might have to have a really important
  399. 14:40conversation. And this could be somebody
  400. 14:41on your team that you have to give
  401. 14:42feedback to. It might even be going to
  402. 14:45the bank and asking for a loan and
  403. 14:46you're really scared to do that, right?
  404. 14:48So, what I like to do is ask Chad GBT to
  405. 14:50act like a certain persona. Let's say
  406. 14:52your boss, your manager, your employee,
  407. 14:55and then have it roleplay as that person
  408. 14:58with you. Then you can walk through the
  409. 15:00situation where you're explaining your
  410. 15:02perspective and kind of what they made
  411. 15:04you feel and have it prompt back and
  412. 15:06forth to have that conversation before
  413. 15:08you ever have it. Using it to roleplay
  414. 15:10will make you feel way more comfortable
  415. 15:11when it comes to actually having the
  416. 15:13conversation. Number 23, the eulogy
  417. 15:16writer. A eulogy is an incredible way to
  418. 15:18have alignment with your life and
  419. 15:20actually see how you might be remembered
  420. 15:22through other people's eyes. A while
  421. 15:24ago, when I was 23, my first business
  422. 15:27coach, his name was Bob, asked me to do
  423. 15:30something on our first call that had the
  424. 15:32biggest impact on my life more than
  425. 15:34anything else he taught me. And it was
  426. 15:36to sit down and write my eulogy. So,
  427. 15:38here's how you do it. Ask Chad GPT to
  428. 15:40draft your eulogy based on your
  429. 15:42journals, your values, any other
  430. 15:44context, your master prompt that you
  431. 15:45might have gave it. Have it focus on
  432. 15:47what would my family members say, what
  433. 15:48would my friends say, people I've worked
  434. 15:50with, and people in my community. And
  435. 15:53having those four areas, that's what Bob
  436. 15:55did for me, allowed me to write and
  437. 15:57refine how I wanted those people to talk
  438. 15:59about who I was. And that gave me
  439. 16:01clarity for how I was building my life.
  440. 16:04Now, if you want my internal system

  444. 16:12There's a lot that we just covered, and
  445. 16:14all I want you to do is pick one. Pick
  446. 16:17one that you think, if I started doing
  447. 16:19that in my life, I think that'd be
  448. 16:21pretty great. Pick that one, leave a
  449. 16:23comment below, and let me know which
  450. 16:24one's your favorite. Now, if you want to
