- 0:00Today I just want to mention that we
- 0:02heard in Minnesota there was an cyber
- 0:05attack and they blame it on Iran. I
- 0:07don't think so. I think I blame it on
- 0:09Minnesota because they're grossly
- 0:10incompetent. There was a cyber attack of
- 0:1330 water plants and I would blame it on
- 0:17Minnesota and the governor, the corrupt
- 0:19governor of Minnesota. They like to say,
- 0:21"Oh, is Iran? Iran should be so lucky.
- 0:24Iran's got bigger problems than worrying
- 0:25about Minnesota." You know, I saw Spain
- 0:28uh yesterday and I watched the
- 0:31catastrophe that took place. It was a it
- 0:33looks like an invasion of a country by
- 0:36hundreds of thousands of people. And
- 0:39that same thing's going to happen to us
- 0:40if the Republicans don't get elected,
- 0:42except worse, much bigger, much easier
- 0:46to get into, despite the fact that we
- 0:48have built thousands of miles of wall,
- 0:52which I said we were going to do, but we
- 0:54didn't have that. forget it. But we have
- 0:56the safest border in the world. If we're
- 0:59not in office, our country will be
- 1:02invaded at levels that make Spain look
- 1:06small time. And when I watched it, I
- 1:08said, boy, I said, I'm going to say it
- 1:10because I knew you're going to be at Cam
- 1:12David and I say that's going to be a
- 1:14talking point for the midterms cuz when
- 1:17you look at what happened to Spain, they
- 1:19don't know what to do. And it's
- 1:21happening again today. They're coming in
- 1:22by the thous tens of thousands. You're
- 1:24just you're just invading the country.
- 1:28[clears throat]
- 1:28>> And what that is is weak
- 1:32law, bad management, but very liberal
- 1:36law. They passed a couple of laws and
- 1:39people read, you know, people are smart.
- 1:41They read from other countries and they
- 1:43swam that three mile swim or however
- 1:46they got in, but nobody's seen anything
- 1:48like it. That will look good compared to
- 1:50what's going to happen to the United
- 1:52States. The biggest thing, the worst
- 1:54thing that Biden did is allowing 25
- 1:56million people into our country cuz many
- 1:58of those people are criminals. They're
- 2:00murderers. A lot of murder. 11,888.
- 2:04A lot of them are gone now. We got them
- 2:06out. But they uh allowed people to come
- 2:08into this country that you can't allow
- 2:10to come into a country. [clears throat]
- 2:11This has been an amazing team. From
- 2:13Kelly Leler at SBA uh to Doug at the VA
- 2:17to Todd and Bobby Kennedy. This really
- 2:20has required a whole of administration
- 2:22approach to try to tackle fraud. There
- 2:24are a few things that I want to talk
- 2:25about and celebrate. [snorts] Uh the
- 2:27first is that just since the beginning
- 2:28of the fraud task force that I started
- 2:30under the president's leadership and
- 2:32direction, uh we have identified $230
- 2:35billion of fraud that's being
- 2:37perpetrated against the American people.
- 2:39And we have halted already 56 billion of
- 2:43that. It's sometimes hard once the money
- 2:44has already gone out the door. It's hard
- 2:46to get it back. But stopping it from
- 2:48going out the door is how we save the
- 2:49American people. $56 billion. And of
- 2:52course, we're going to keep on working
- 2:53on that. Just today, Mr. President, we
- 2:55will announce 17 new anti-fraud actions
- 2:58that will total uh about a third of a
- 3:01billion. And that that's added to $230
- 3:04billion that we've already uncovered.
- 3:06And I want to just talk benefit of the
- 3:08American people about people about why
- 3:10do I care so much about this? Because
- 3:12what I always try to remind people is
- 3:13that fraud has two minimums. So to give
- 3:17one concrete example, there's a program
- 3:19that is administered by Medicaid and
- 3:23that program ensures that low-inccome
- 3:25moms and low-inccome babies have access
- 3:27to neonatal care. Now I think most
- 3:29Americans probably share my idea that
- 3:31this one of the great things about the
- 3:32United States of America that if we see
- 3:34a baby and we see a young mother that
- 3:37requires help, we help our fellow
- 3:39Americans. That's a good thing. It's
- 3:40something that we should be proud of.
- 3:42And yet there is a program that has
- 3:44defrauded the moms and the babies who
- 3:47benefit from these. You got people who
- 3:49got rich by setting up false companies
- 3:52that are providing false services. So
- 3:54who loses in that equation? Number one,
- 3:56of course, is the American taxpayer that
- 3:58is $230 billion poor because of the
- 4:01fraud that this country has let go on.
- 4:04But I actually most importantly is that
- 4:06we've seen that program run out of
- 4:08money. So, we've seen moms and babies
- 4:11unable to access the health care that
- 4:13they need because the fraudster got
- 4:15rich. That is a disgrace. And until the
- 4:18president ordered us to stop it, no one
- 4:21was doing anything about it. So, we've
- 4:23made a lot of progress, Mr. President,
- 4:24in just under a year for to keep on
- 4:27working at it because we believe the
- 4:28American people deserve to have their
- 4:30money spent as you and the Congress have
- 4:32recorded. So just a couple points that u
- 4:35you we all know we follow the news
- 4:38obviously the events in the Middle East
- 4:39and others you talk about them not that
- 4:40they're not important but there's some
- 4:41other issues happening around the world
- 4:43Mr. president that you've shown great
- 4:45leadership in that have not gotten
- 4:46nearly as much attention I think they've
- 4:47deserved to mention today. The first is
- 4:49the International Criminal Court is an
- 4:51illegitimate international organization
- 4:53that frankly illegitimate. They've made
- 4:55themselves illegitimate because they
- 4:56claim that even if you're not a member
- 4:57of that court, they can come after you.
- 4:59What that literally means in the future
- 5:01is that
- 5:03political elite and others could find
- 5:04themselves under the under indictment by
- 5:07this International Criminal Court. If
- 5:09you want to know a little bit about it,
- 5:10Jack Smith used to work there. These are
- 5:12the people that think they could go on
- 5:13and basically indict any world leader
- 5:15and fallen into the H. So we've begun,
- 5:17we tried to get them to reform and
- 5:19listen to us. They wouldn't do it.
- 5:20They're very arrogant. We've now begun
- 5:22an effort to really try to bring that
- 5:24court to heal.
- 5:24>> By the way, there's no information that
- 5:26they're after me. It could have,
- 5:30but just so you know, if you think about
- 5:32it, I think that means he's not trying
- 5:34to defend me. He is trying to defend BB
- 5:37and various other people. But there are
- 5:39many people that shouldn't be looked at
- 5:41that way. But there is no indication
- 5:44that uh I'm one of them at this moment.
- 5:47[laughter]
- 5:48No. And I actually think the people who
- 5:50are in biggest danger in our system are
- 5:52servicemen, people in uniform that
- 5:53they'll try to go out for the rest of
- 5:54their lives will not be able to travel
- 5:56anywhere in the world with their
- 5:57families cuz they can be arrested on one
- 5:58of these. Imagine you're a soldier, you
- 6:00fought in a war, and 20 years later they
- 6:02try to come grab us. This is a big
- 6:04problem. So, we've had dozens of
- 6:06countries already join us in September.
- 6:07Since we started two weeks ago, five
- 6:09countries have already quit the ICC and
- 6:11notified them that they're leaving and
- 6:12we think there'll be more. The second
- 6:14thing is we had an unprecedented
- 6:15ministerial 60 countries came to
- 6:17Washington and we're a part of an effort
- 6:19we were shedding light on foreign left
- 6:22terrorism and violence. You know, if a
- 6:23bomb goes off somewhere and it's tied to
- 6:25some right-wing group or what I neo I
- 6:27don't consider neo-Nazis rightwing. I
- 6:29consider the Nazis, right? But you're
- 6:31going to get a lot of attention on that.
- 6:32But if it's a leftist group, an Antifa
- 6:34group that gets no cover or they ignore
- 6:36the ideological spin and the ideological
- 6:39reason behind it. So we got 60 countries
- 6:41came up here and hopefully creating a
- 6:43strong to go after far-left violent
- 6:46terrorism and go after by name and I
- 6:49think we're building a very strong
- 6:50coalition there. The second thing is we
- 6:52had an unprecedented ministerial 60
- 6:54countries came to Washington and were a
- 6:56part of an effort we were shedding light
- 6:58on for far left terrorism and violence.
- 7:00you know, the bomb goes off somewhere
- 7:02and it's tied to some right-wing group
- 7:03or what I don't consider neo-Nazis
- 7:06rightwing. I consider them Nazis, right?
- 7:08But you're going to get a lot of
- 7:09attention on that. But if it's a leftist
- 7:11group, an antifa that gets no coverage
- 7:13or they ignore the ideological spin and
- 7:15the ideological reason behind it. So, we
- 7:18got 60 countries came up here and
- 7:20hopefully creating a strong to go after
- 7:22far-left violent terrorism, go after all
- 7:26it by name. I think we're building a
- 7:27very strong coalition there. Um, we've
- 7:29had some successes in the Middle East,
- 7:31Mr. President, as you know, in the
- 7:32diplomatic front. The deal with Lebanon
- 7:34and Israel is unprecedented. President
- 7:36Aun was here a week ago. I think that
- 7:39was the first visit by a Lebanese
- 7:40president in over 30 some years. In
- 7:42fact, this is the first time the
- 7:43Israelis and the Lebanese government
- 7:44have spoken at the official level close
- 7:46to 30 years. And now years later, a lot
- 7:49of work to be done to keep that peace
- 7:50and building, but it's a real
- 7:52achievable. And of course, as you
- 7:53announced last night, Mr. President,
- 7:55this disarmament deal that you brought
- 7:56about with Steve and Jared's work on on
- 7:59Hamas is is another big step as well. Uh
- 8:02this something a lot of people thought
- 8:03would never happen. It needs to happen,
- 8:04but the fact they've even agreed to it
- 8:06is a real achievable. Last point is on
- 8:08the Western Hemisphere. For the first
- 8:10time in 15, 20 years, the overwhelming
- 8:13majority of the countries in the Western
- 8:15Hemisphere are now led by pro-American
- 8:18leaders and pro-American [clears throat]
- 8:19governments. It's an extraordinary
- 8:21achievement. all of it happening through
- 8:23virtually every election that's happened
- 8:24in your elected president has elected
- 8:27someone
- 8:29and I think this is an an incredible uh
- 8:31situation. And last but not least, and I
- 8:33have to thank a number of agencies here,
- 8:35particularly the Department of War after
- 8:36that terrible earthquake in Venezuela.
- 8:39Within 36 hours, the full force of the
- 8:42American government was on the ground
- 8:44providing humanitarian assistance. It
- 8:45was a sight to behold. Uh the USS Ford,
- 8:48I think, was in their port. our Marines
- 8:50and and uh other armed service personnel
- 8:53were helping run their airport and their
- 8:54tower. It is one of the fastest, most
- 8:56dramatic and most effective humanitarian
- 8:58responses certainly in recent history,
- 9:01if not ever. And it that came at the
- 9:03direction of the president. In fact,
- 9:05within an hour of that earthquake
- 9:06hitting, I remember cuz I was overseas,
- 9:08the president called and said, "Make
- 9:09sure we go in there and help these
- 9:11people recover from this." And we did.
- 9:13And thanks to your leadership, Mr.
- 9:14President. It's a great story. enough
- 9:16needs to be told about it because the
- 9:18credit goes to so many agencies
- 9:20represented here today, but really the
- 9:22Department of War is ethical was
- 9:23phenomenal. So, thank you.
- 9:24>> Well, I think we just want to win, you
- 9:26know, we [clears throat] just want to
- 9:27win. We're doing very well. Uh we're
- 9:30trying to be nice, as nice as you can be
- 9:32in, in a situation like that. But, you
- 9:35know, they're they're being decimated.
- 9:38They have no navy. They have no air
- 9:39force. They have no anti-aircraft.
- 9:42Doesn't mean they don't have any
- 9:44capability. They have some but very
- 9:45little. Uh we just want to win. We don't
- 9:48want to have them. It's very simple. Uh
- 9:51they cannot have a nuclear weapon. Iran
- 9:54will not have a nuclear weapon and they
- 9:56can't have a nuclear weapon. If they
- 9:58did, the Middle East would have been
- 9:59wiped out by now. If I didn't stop the
- 10:03JCPOA, the Obama deal, if I didn't that,
- 10:07they would have had a nuclear. I believe
- 10:09Israel would no longer be with us in big
- 10:11parts of the Middle East and perhaps
- 10:13other
- 10:16these people are crazy. So they can
- 10:20clear weapon and they won't
- 10:23>> over the next four weeks, you know,
- 10:26we'll be hitting them. We'll be hitting
- 10:28him very hard and you know at some point
- 10:30they're going to say we just can't take
- 10:31it anymore. But I'll tell you something,
- 10:32Todd Todd Blanch is a very very good man
- 10:36and he shouldn't be in the middle of
- 10:38this. he should get approved because you
- 10:40will never get anybody like him. You're
- 10:42never going to get anybody. And to make
- 10:44him a pawn on this whole thing, this is
- 10:46being done by a senator and I don't
- 10:48really blame him to be honest with you.
- 10:50I endorsed his opponent and as soon as I
- 10:52endorsed his opponent, his opponent went
- 10:54through the roof and he won the the
- 10:56primary election in Texas or Senate and
- 11:01the man that lost, the man that I didn't
- 11:03endorse
- 11:04has become very angry. And that's okay.
- 11:06I mean, I understand that. I probably
- 11:08would do the same thing. You want to
- 11:09know the truth? I think I do the same
- 11:11now. He should be approved forth with. I
- 11:13mean, you're never going to get a person
- 11:14like that. Everybody agrees to it. Don't
- 11:17forget it. Uh
- 11:18>> Senator Thornon thought he was
- 11:20phenomenal until he lost.
- 11:22>> You know, when he lost, is that a
- 11:24correct statement? You come from Texas.
- 11:26>> I mean, he thought this was the most
- 11:27incredible person. And when he lost, he
- 11:30lost because of me. I endorsed somebody
- 11:32else. And as soon as I endorsed the
- 11:33other person, the other person became a
- 11:36rocket ship upward. and he lost. And you
- 11:40know, I think I'd be the same.
- 11:42>> I mean, I I shouldn't say that, but I
- 11:44I'd be upset also. And I So, I fully
- 11:47understand it. He shouldn't be that way.
- 11:50I shouldn't be that way, but he is that
- 11:52way. He's become a very angry person.
- 11:54And I understand you have a couple of
- 11:56others that caused their defeat, too.
- 11:58And, you know, you probably hear from
- 11:59them, too.
- 12:00>> Do you agree with the acting attorney
- 12:01general that the anti-weaponization fund
- 12:03is dead? And why not just put that in
- 12:05writing? is dead. But, you know, I wish
- 12:08it weren't to be honest with you. I
- 12:09think people were horribly treated,
- 12:11horribly abused. This has nothing to do
- 12:13with Todd. This was me. Uh, horribly
- 12:16abused, and I'd like to see them
- 12:18compensated for the the pain. They
- 12:20[clears throat] lost their families.
- 12:22They committed suicide. Many people
- 12:24committed suicide. They went down for an
- 12:26innocent journey. And I'm not only
- 12:29talking there. I'm talking about not
- 12:31even having to do with that. the way
- 12:33they were twins. The Biden
- 12:34administration and the Obama
- 12:36administration weaponized government and
- 12:39destroyed lives. You have an
- 12:41understanding with Israel. Israel is
- 12:42very happy about it. Israel helped us
- 12:45and they've been very good. They've been
- 12:48very good about it. Most people said
- 12:49that would be a deal that would be
- 12:50undoable. Now, will it go through its
- 12:53ups and down? It's a very complex
- 12:55situation over there. The people are
- 12:57very complex and difficult.
- 13:00uh many cases wonderful, many cases not
- 13:02so wonderful, but that will be a uh it's
- 13:06a great breakthrough. Nobody's ever
- 13:08thought that would be possible to disarm
- 13:10Hamas. Uh that shows you how much uh
- 13:15we're having with Iran because if you go
- 13:174 months ago, 5 months ago, a deal like
- 13:19that would have been impossible. So,
- 13:21it's a big step for the Middle East and
- 13:23people are really impressed by it and
- 13:25they're surprised by it.
- 13:26>> What is the status of talks? who who
- 13:28from the administration is talking, but
- 13:30they break their word so often. Steve is
- 13:32talking, Jared, we have very good
- 13:34people. Uh JD's involved, very strongly
- 13:36involved. Uh we have great people
- 13:39talking. Marco's involved
- 13:40>> because they say talks aren't happening.
- 13:42>> Very good people. We have the best
- 13:43people, but they'll make a deal. As an
- 13:46example, we'll talk about nuclear and
- 13:48we'll be in there talking about nuclear
- 13:50for 7 hours. I say, "Why is it why do
- 13:52you need seven? You can take 10 minutes.
- 13:54You have 5 minutes." We should solve for
- 13:56seven hours and then they'll go out and
- 13:59I'll say they discuss nook and they'll
- 14:02go out and they'll say we never discuss
- 14:03milk and I say why why do they say that?
- 14:06All they do is make me angry you know
- 14:09you just make me angry. Look we have the
- 14:11greatest weapons in the world. We have
- 14:14the greatest drones in the world. People
- 14:15don't know that we have the greatest
- 14:16weaponry in the world. We have in the
- 14:19case of uh President Zalinsky, he'd like
- 14:21to have some patriots. They'd like to
- 14:23have some to do which is you know lethal
- 14:26one up when they but give somebody the
- 14:30other day you read that five missiles
- 14:33were shot they were going 8,600
- 14:37miles an hour. Think of it 8,600.
- 14:40Now a car if you go 60 it gets to be a
- 14:42little faster. If you go 100 8,600 mph
- 14:47and they were big missiles and they were
- 14:49shot at Jordan and our guys were there.
- 14:52Bing bing bing bing bing fire big bing
- 14:56bing bing bing
- 15:03that would have been a great sound
- 15:04[laughter]
- 15:05five missiles and we shot all five down
- 15:08before they got close. Nobody else has
- 15:10that capacity. These weapons are
- 15:13incredible. We have to be very careful
- 15:15about letting somebody build them. You
- 15:18know, it's very uh important now. We are
- 15:21building many glass now to make those
- 15:24and other the tomahawk missile is the
- 15:26most incredible thing. It can go into a
- 15:28doorway. You can put it through a window
- 15:30of the house. Nobody's ever seen
- 15:32anything like it. You have to be very
- 15:35judicious, but you have to be very
- 15:36careful. Uh now, we have not agreed to
- 15:40that. We we're talking about it, but
- 15:43it's a hard thing to give away that kind
- 15:44of technology.
- 15:46Uh and I don't think this would ever
- 15:48happen. But you know those people that
- 15:50can give that technology, they can
- 15:51someday turn on you. You know that is
- 15:53possible. You look at war. It's happened
- 15:56a couple of times over the years, right?
- 15:58So we have to be very careful. I mean we
- 15:59we guard that. We have the greatest
- 16:01military in the world, but we have the
- 16:03greatest weapons in the world. Now we
- 16:05have to make them a little bit faster
- 16:06because we've given a lot away. you
- 16:08know, uh, President Biden unfortunately
- 16:11gave a lot away to Ukraine and he gave
- 16:15and so did I. I mean, I gave them the
- 16:18Javelins, the tank bushes, and without
- 16:20the Javelins, that that war would have
- 16:22been a win-win over. They wiped out the
- 16:24tanks going up to Kiev where they got
- 16:27stuck in the mud. They had a general
- 16:28that decided to go through the mud
- 16:30instead of going up the highway where
- 16:32they were going very nicely. It would
- 16:33have been over. But, uh, no, I gave them
- 16:36the javelins. The javelins are
- 16:37unbelievably we have the greatest
- 16:39weapons in the world. We have to be very
- 16:41careful about giving out the secrets to
- 16:44those weapons and and they're not you
- 16:47you can't copy them. It's a little like
- 16:49>> [clears throat]
- 16:49>> uh Nvidia they have a chair. They say
- 16:53you cannot copy it. The complexity is so
- 16:55great you cannot you know most things
- 16:58you copied. China's known for it. Other
- 17:00countries we do something and I guess we
- 17:02copy also you can copy pretty easily.
- 17:05There's a chip that they made their
- 17:08ultimate chip and they always have the
- 17:10ultimate chip and I say well why doesn't
- 17:12somebody copy it because they can't the
- 17:15complexity they can't copy our weapons
- 17:17we have the greatest weapons in the
- 17:19world many of them those are just two or
- 17:21three that I mentioned but uh you cannot
- 17:24copy them so we have to be very care
- 17:29that Iran's behind that cyber attack
- 17:33I think Minnesota is behind it. You know
- 17:36who's behind it? Minnesota. Because
- 17:38they're grossly incompetent. I think the
- 17:40governor is behind it. I don't think
- 17:41there was an Iranian cyber attack. I
- 17:44think that uh Minnesota ought to get its
- 17:47act together. It's one of the worst run
- 17:49states. JD will tell you. He found
- 17:51tremendous corruption in Minnesota. And
- 17:53by the way, just gave you a report.
- 17:56Massive, massive future things having to
- 17:59do with corruption in Minnesota are
- 18:01happening right
