  1. 0:00And this still a white oak? Yes, it's
  2. 0:02still white oak right here.
  3. 0:06So, so I'm quite sure that uh uh y'all
  4. 0:08have to get approval from the um to help
  5. 0:11uh uh department before you can uh get
  6. 0:15off that ball. What uh send them?
  7. 0:17>> They have right there.
  8. 0:19>> Okay. Uh right here where the barrels at
  9. 0:22a leak right there
  10. 0:25>> uh the intersection. is the intersection
  11. 0:26of White Oak in uh in uh in Hudson East
  12. 0:30Hust.
  13. 0:31>> East Hust. Okay.
  14. 0:32>> Yeah. Just had a main break there.
  15. 0:34That's a that's a a 2-in uh galvanized
  16. 0:38line right there.
  17. 0:39>> Okay.
  18. 0:41>> So, that's a galvanized line. I know
  19. 0:43some of the other ones were PVC.
  20. 0:44>> Yes. No. Now, uh which I show it to you
  21. 0:48in here. Uh one of our main lines is a
  22. 0:52is galvanized, but it's a 3/4. Okay,
  23. 1:11which is extending from from there and
  24. 1:13the line is reduced down to 3/4.
  25. 1:19This is uh this is the main the main
  26. 1:23right here.
  27. 1:23>> Okay. uh which is corroded
  28. 1:26>> you know pretty bad there
  29. 1:27>> okay
  30. 1:28>> and all that's actually got to be
  31. 1:30replaced
  32. 1:31>> okay
  33. 1:32>> because we uh you know basically just at
  34. 1:35the mercy of uh mother nature know for
  35. 1:38is when it do
  36. 1:39>> okay
  37. 1:39>> when it do uh start leaking
  38. 1:41>> so we don't repair this several times
  39. 1:44>> uh in here
  40. 1:46>> who do your repairs for you
  41. 1:48>> we do some of them and then uh we uh uh
  42. 1:52utility service. I think the name of it
  43. 1:55comes in to do something.
  44. 1:56>> So, let me ask you something. So, when
  45. 1:57they doing a repairs and they are
  46. 1:58putting, you know, like a little if you
  47. 2:01have a busted line and they put new
  48. 2:02section of the pipe,
  49. 2:04>> uh uh where they connecting to the
  50. 2:06existing line, you having any problem
  51. 2:08with that being a problem cuz I know
  52. 2:10like when with those old lines
  53. 2:12sometimes, you know, you end up having
  54. 2:14to go back also further and further Yes.
  55. 2:17than the repair.
  56. 2:18>> That's that's some of the the problem we
  57. 2:20have. We'll put a know a section in and
  58. 2:24uh then a few months down down down the
  59. 2:27road.
  60. 2:27>> Yeah.
  61. 2:28>> And another spot we'll and we have to do
  62. 2:30the same thing. And that actually makes
  63. 2:32the line vulnerable because you putting
  64. 2:35>> you putting uh you know u either
  65. 2:38couplings or either.
  66. 2:39>> So your lines are what three three foot
  67. 2:42below ground or
  68. 2:43>> some of them are four feet. Most of them
  69. 2:46are four
  70. 2:47>> you know. Okay. Uh they you know have
  71. 2:49many have a few that's three feet but
  72. 2:52something about four
  73. 2:53>> okay
  74. 2:53>> four feet and go down.
  75. 2:55>> Okay. Okay.
  76. 2:57>> All right.
  77. 2:57>> And that's that's the area right here.
  78. 2:59We can we just cut around and we'll go
  79. 3:02down to uh
  80. 3:05the street next.
  81. 3:06>> Okay.
  82. 3:07>> Yeah.
  83. 3:09I
  84. 3:11>> Okay. Okay. Good.
  85. 3:14Cuz we going to come back and take we
  86. 3:15got to take plenty of pictures.
  87. 3:24So this is all you need for white oak or
  88. 3:27we still got some more look the uh
  89. 3:29>> this that's that's the uh the areas
  90. 3:31right here for white oak.
  91. 3:32>> Okay.
  92. 3:40I have a big truck. So I have to sw he
  93. 3:43he should be able to turn us out with no
  94. 3:44problem.
  95. 3:49So I'm quite sure y'all stay busy every
  96. 3:51day, huh?
  97. 3:51>> Oh yeah.
  98. 3:53>> So how many people you got working with
  99. 3:55you?
  100. 3:55>> Yeah, we just uh three of us.
  101. 3:57>> That's three of y'all. Okay.
  102. 3:59>> And uh ain't no way we can keep them in
  103. 4:02town with everything in town with just
  104. 4:04three men.
  105. 4:07We try. But coming down here on Hudson,
  106. 4:10like I said, it's old galvanized line
  107. 4:12here, but it's 3/4.
  108. 4:13>> Okay. Do we have that on our list? The
  109. 4:16Hudson? Uh, I don't think I have Hudson,
  110. 4:18but you want to put it on there?
  111. 4:20>> Yeah.
  112. 4:20>> Okay. We'll add this on there.
  113. 4:28>> And it's 3 in. It's uh it's 3/4 3/4 3/4
  114. 4:32in. Yeah.
  115. 4:34>> Now, here Carpenter
  116. 4:37hotspot area. Okay. at the intersection
  117. 4:40here.
  118. 4:42We just uh repaired the
  119. 4:45spot over here.
  120. 4:46>> Mhm.
  121. 4:46>> That stays uh wet all the time, but uh
  122. 4:49just repair galvanized line here.
  123. 4:53>> Okay.
  124. 4:53>> That's one of them right there.
  125. 4:55>> All right. Okay.
  126. 5:02Over there by the pole right there.
  127. 5:04>> Right. Uhhuh.
  128. 5:07chest did a repair right here on uh on
  129. 5:11right in front of this res.
  130. 5:14>> So, let me ask you something. Do y'all
  131. 5:15have like uh any type of tracer on y'all
  132. 5:17lines to to find out exactly?
  133. 5:19>> They so uh you know the traces are
  134. 5:22neither either just uh disintegrated or
  135. 5:26you don't have anything of that nature.
  136. 5:28Okay.
  137. 5:29>> So, it's almost like you have to find
  138. 5:31where a line is,
  139. 5:32>> right? Exactly.
  140. 5:33>> Looking what a leak is and going from
  141. 5:35there. Yeah.
  142. 5:36>> On property I was telling about the
  143. 5:37sewage.
  144. 5:38>> Yeah.
  145. 5:38>> Right here. See this grass up high right
  146. 5:40here?
  147. 5:40>> Yeah.
  148. 5:41>> That's sewage right there.
  149. 5:42>> That's sewage. Okay.
  150. 5:44>> And I can show you that area right here.
  151. 5:47>> So, let me ask you something. Uh uh uh
  152. 5:48as far as the fire hydrant, all your
  153. 5:50fire hydrants working.
  154. 5:51>> Oh, no. No. We have some quite a few
  155. 5:53that's not working.
  156. 5:54>> So, we we need to address that, too,
  157. 5:55right?
  158. 5:56>> Uh yes. Uh Lisa should have a list of
  159. 5:59the ones that are not working.
  160. 6:01>> Okay.
  161. 6:01>> Uh that uh that's a big problem.
  162. 6:04>> Okay. Okay.
  163. 6:16A there's a breach in the line in this
  164. 6:18area right here.
  165. 6:19>> Yeah.
  166. 6:19>> And like I said, raw sewage is uh we
  167. 6:23have to come and uh either get company
  168. 6:25to try to jet it out.
  169. 6:27>> Yeah.
  170. 6:27>> But uh this is this is a area where we
  171. 6:30having problem with sewage at.
  172. 6:31>> Yeah. So, also too, we going to add to
  173. 6:34that list Hudson, what we was we was
  174. 6:36back there,
  175. 6:37>> Hudson. And also too, let's get we going
  176. 6:40to have to get from Miss Lisa a list of
  177. 6:42all the the uh uh fire hydrants. So, cuz
  178. 6:44some of them are not working. So, we
  179. 6:46need to get a list of those fire
  180. 6:48hydrants that need to be uh replaced or
  181. 6:51or uh Yeah.
  182. 6:53>> Okay. And what type of uh pipe is on? Uh
  183. 6:58it's a a a 3/4 in uh
  184. 7:01>> galvanized
  185. 7:01>> galvanized 3/4 in.
  186. 7:03>> Yeah.
  187. 7:08>> So this a sewer issue right here.
  188. 7:09>> Yeah. This is sewage right here.
  189. 7:10>> Yeah.
  190. 7:22>> Yeah. Cuz I see your manhole right here.
  191. 7:25>> Yeah.
  192. 7:25>> Yeah. So, it's tied in. And that's
  193. 7:28another thing that we going to have to
  194. 7:29get too. We got We need got We need to
  195. 7:32identify all the manholes on each one of
  196. 7:34those streets for the sewage.
  197. 7:36>> Yeah.
  198. 7:49>> You got your streets looking good, man.
  199. 7:51>> Yep. We try to we try to know keep
  200. 7:53everything far and cutting the keep the
  201. 7:55grass cutting but it uh it's it's get
  202. 7:58it's get rough.
  203. 7:59>> So that one right there I guess it stay
  204. 8:02too wet to cut.
  205. 8:03>> Yes. Yes. It stays so wet. Uh uh till we
  206. 8:07uh we can't get in there and cut them
  207. 8:32up where the uh pavement is uh broken
  208. 8:36right here.
  209. 8:36>> Yeah.
  210. 8:37>> We just uh repaired
  211. 8:39uh completely.
  212. 8:41>> It's a it's a 2in line on this side.
  213. 8:44>> Yeah.
  214. 8:44>> And we just had a problem that both
  215. 8:47sides when we had to no repair it.
  216. 8:51>> Is is that what what this open cut right
  217. 8:53there?
  218. 8:54>> Yes.
  219. 8:55>> So let me ask you something. Will it be
  220. 8:57easier to to replace the whole entire
  221. 9:00line system?
  222. 9:01>> Yes.
  223. 9:02>> Yeah. Because a line so old.
  224. 9:05>> Yeah.
  225. 9:05>> That we uh it's just going to you know
  226. 9:08uh put you know you put old on new
  227. 9:11>> right
  228. 9:12>> uh spot is the old le.
  229. 9:14>> Yeah.
  230. 9:16>> But uh at that area back uh right here
  231. 9:20broken pavement there. We just had had
  232. 9:23it repaired over here.
  233. 9:24>> Okay. And that's that's a like I said 2
  234. 9:29in galvanized line on this side. Right.
  235. 9:32Okay.
  236. 9:38Cuz uh one of the one of the things that
  237. 9:40they are asking for is to make sure uh
  238. 9:42we uh address uh the population that's
  239. 9:46going to be impacted and uh one of the
  240. 9:48things I was telling them that one thing
  241. 9:50that we probably going to look at is
  242. 9:52just looking at your bureau census and
  243. 9:54and uh saying it's impacting pretty much
  244. 9:56everybody in the whole uh town of Utica.
  245. 9:59Yes.
  246. 9:59>> Uh this another area sewage. Okay.
  247. 10:02Haven't uh we haven't addressed it about
  248. 10:04every 3 months.
  249. 10:05>> Okay.
  250. 10:06>> Where uh we have to kind of get it jet
  251. 10:07out because of uh sewage
  252. 10:10bag up.
  253. 10:11>> So So is it because of uh I know you got
  254. 10:14gravity flow on your sewer. Is it
  255. 10:16because of you don't have enough fall
  256. 10:18probably for the
  257. 10:19>> lines are so old? It's probably breaking
  258. 10:22the line.
  259. 10:23>> Breaking the line. Yeah.
  260. 10:23>> And roots probably going to grow up in
  261. 10:25here.
  262. 10:26>> Yeah. But as far as the fall as far as
  263. 10:28you don't have no problem with
  264. 10:30>> No. the fall or slope
  265. 10:32>> slope that I know of. I don't know if
  266. 10:35any of them down or not.
  267. 10:41>> See
  268. 10:46right there
  269. 10:48section
  270. 10:51like the uh the uh the water fire
  271. 10:55hydrants. They been there so long just
  272. 10:59like the
  273. 11:01debris and stuff just all those
  274. 11:03settlements come up above,
  275. 11:05>> right?
  276. 11:15And then what we're going to do is when
  277. 11:16we come back and take pictures and and
  278. 11:18uh write out everything, we'll we'll
  279. 11:21give it to you so you can let us know if
  280. 11:23we covered everything or if we need to
  281. 11:25add anything to it.
  282. 11:27>> Union Avenue.
  283. 11:28>> Union Avenue.
  284. 11:28>> Union Avenue is another area.
  285. 11:30>> Okay.
  286. 11:31>> Which is a it's got galvanized pipe
  287. 11:33which uh uh 2in galvanized pipe. Union
  288. 11:36Avenue.
  289. 11:37>> We need to address that.
  290. 11:38>> Right. We just uh repaired a week.
  291. 11:40>> Okay.
  292. 11:41>> There Avenue at Union Avenue. Okay.
  293. 11:48>> 2in Gavin.
  294. 12:14And this street is
  295. 12:15>> right. This is going to be uh West Main
  296. 12:18right here.
  297. 12:19>> West Main. Okay.
  298. 12:20>> Just had a right here. We just had a bad
  299. 12:23leak repair several months ago.
  300. 12:26>> Okay. West on West Main also. So, so
  301. 12:29what about what?
  302. 12:31>> This this is uh uh what is that? Sam
  303. 12:34White Street.
  304. 12:35>> Yeah.
  305. 12:35>> And right where that uh that uh uh
  306. 12:40guest house right there building
  307. 12:42>> we just had a repair leak there as well.
  308. 12:46>> But the cones are for the
  309. 12:48>> that is that is a repair.
  310. 12:51Okay.
  311. 12:56Now I can tell that fire hyd.
  312. 12:58And we have several we have several like
  313. 13:01I said they don't work.
  314. 13:02>> So they're not connected to your your
  315. 13:05line or y'all got it capped off or
  316. 13:06whatever.
  317. 13:07>> Yeah, it's just a house. Some of you
  318. 13:09can't even turn on
  319. 13:12so long. Okay. This is going to be
  320. 13:15Kayuka Street right here.
  321. 13:17>> Kayuka Street. Oh yeah.
  322. 13:21And all of the lines are on on this uh
  323. 13:26left side of the street.
  324. 13:28>> The two and four and 6 in line.
  325. 13:30>> They running here. We just had it
  326. 13:32repaired at this location
  327. 13:35um a while back.
  328. 13:38Several locations here where we uh we've
  329. 13:41been having problems.
  330. 13:45We got our biggest problems is at this
  331. 13:48location right here where this debris is
  332. 13:51at.
  333. 13:52>> We have having to address address this
  334. 13:56area quite a bit
  335. 13:59with the lines here.
  336. 14:07And at this point right here is where
  337. 14:10the line cross over and goes uh down to
  338. 14:15this direction.
  339. 14:16>> Okay.
  340. 14:17>> And uh it's basically uh get on KU
  341. 14:21Street here.
  342. 14:23But our lines go go on out to uh 27,
  343. 14:28>> right? Okay.
  344. 14:29>> And uh straight across.
  345. 14:32>> So So that's where you y'all service in
  346. 14:34on 27th? uh actually goes on Ernie
  347. 14:37Martin Road. We have a few customers on
  348. 14:40Ernie Martin Road, but uh we're we
  349. 14:43haven't been having problems out there.
  350. 14:45It's basically in the city limits area
  351. 14:48been having a big problem.
  352. 14:51>> Is it so I wonder uh as far as the water
  353. 14:54valves, we'll be able to
  354. 14:57>> Yeah. Excuse me. We we'll be able to
  355. 14:58tell where they are, right? We can
  356. 15:00locate them.
  357. 15:01>> Yes. Yeah. Most of them. I know we have
  358. 15:02one that's over here that uh it took me
  359. 15:06a while to find it.
  360. 15:07>> M
  361. 15:07>> and it's probably been covered up for
  362. 15:1020 20 years or more and I was able to
  363. 15:14find it looking at the map that we had
  364. 15:16to locate cuz I the valve but like I
  365. 15:20said the valve uh I know I located found
  366. 15:24about 17 of the valves and none of them
  367. 15:27worked.
  368. 15:27>> Oh, really?
  369. 15:28>> Yeah. None of them.
  370. 15:30And I that's the one of the other
  371. 15:33biggest problems in town is is you can't
  372. 15:37cut the water off, you know, uh isolate
  373. 15:40the leak,
  374. 15:41>> right?
  375. 15:42>> Because of that.
  376. 15:53You know how far they space they add
  377. 15:55those water valve space on those?
  378. 15:58Uh no. Um
  379. 16:01I noticed that they are most of them are
  380. 16:04at you know intersections
  381. 16:07>> at the intersections and uh
  382. 16:09>> okay
  383. 16:10>> and uh
  384. 16:12because the water system is is like a
  385. 16:14circular circle of motion. It uh is just
  386. 16:17everything is tied into to the system.
  387. 16:20So water actually can uh you have to cut
  388. 16:24off two valves to be able to isolate one
  389. 16:27area there. But you can't do it because
  390. 16:29the valves don't work.
  391. 16:31>> Is that pizza place still open?
  392. 16:32>> Uh, yes.
  393. 16:34>> They they do pretty good pizzas.
  394. 16:35>> They was doing Yeah, they do pretty good
  395. 16:36pizzas.
  396. 16:38>> Now, is that your business?
  397. 16:40>> Uh, my brother.
  398. 16:41>> I just cuz that's your name.
  399. 16:44>> Yeah. Yeah, that's my brother.
  400. 16:45>> What? What? What? He got a a car
  401. 16:47>> tire repair.
  402. 16:48>> Okay.
  403. 16:48>> Yeah. He doing the mechanic work as
  404. 16:50well.
  405. 16:52>> Okay. This going to be North View.
  406. 16:54>> North View. Okay.
  407. 16:57North View is uh where we having uh
  408. 17:02water and sewage issues.
  409. 17:04>> Okay.
  410. 17:04>> Uh in this location
  411. 17:07uh the sewage runs in the back of all
  412. 17:09those buildings and it cuts across this
  413. 17:11way
  414. 17:12>> and and the main line stops up. Sewage
  415. 17:15uh line stops up.
  416. 17:16>> This house has a problem quite a bit.
  417. 17:19>> Okay.
  418. 17:20>> Uh with a bag lift sewage to our house.
  419. 17:24>> Okay. No. Uh,
  420. 17:26>> so let me ask you your water your water
  421. 17:29is on one side of the road and your
  422. 17:30sewer on the other.
  423. 17:33>> Basically, uh, you can say the same
  424. 17:36side.
  425. 17:36>> They they they So they on the same side
  426. 17:40just
  427. 17:40>> so you got that separation.
  428. 17:42>> Some of it Yeah. Some of it cross is
  429. 17:44like a zigzag be on this side and cross
  430. 17:46over like this manhole on this side
  431. 17:48right here.
  432. 17:49>> Mhm.
  433. 17:49>> And the water line is uh
  434. 17:52>> Oh yeah, brother. It's actually water
  435. 17:53line is most of it is under the
  436. 17:56>> pavement.
  437. 17:56>> Under the pavement.
  438. 17:57>> Okay.
  439. 17:58>> Yes. Under the pavement.
  440. 18:02>> Now I'm quite sure that we'll probably
  441. 18:04have to see about abandoning that uh cuz
  442. 18:07you have to tear up that pavement every
  443. 18:09time you have to repair it.
  444. 18:10>> Exactly. Exactly. Like that uh water
  445. 18:14meter fire right there. But uh this is
  446. 18:18this is a a area where
  447. 18:22especially up the hill where we uh have
  448. 18:25problems with the sewage. Okay.
  449. 18:30Hello.
  450. 18:40I'm I'm up right now. So quiet.
  451. 18:47All right,
  452. 18:52y'all. Y'all got a speed limit of one,
  453. 18:53huh?
  454. 18:55>> They they really need to get the signs
  455. 18:56replaced here. But uh we just repaired
  456. 19:01the water leak right here in the middle
  457. 19:03of the uh the street here. Yeah, right
  458. 19:06here we just uh replaced
  459. 19:10uh we definitely on the on the Pine
  460. 19:16View.
  461. 19:16>> That's Pine View Street.
  462. 19:17>> Yes, Pine View Street.
  463. 19:19>> So, we need to add to make sure we have
  464. 19:21that on that too. Pine View Street
  465. 19:22around. We definitely have that's 3/4
  466. 19:25inch galvanized
  467. 19:26>> 3/4 in ganiz on Pine.
  468. 19:30>> Uh at this intersection, we've been
  469. 19:32repairing it quite a bit. Like I said,
  470. 19:35we have to tear the street up every
  471. 19:36time. Uh, now this this resident right
  472. 19:38here, this is one of the residents
  473. 19:40that's having problem with sewage
  474. 19:43>> bagging up in our house.
  475. 19:44>> 102 East Street sewage problem.
  476. 19:47>> Yeah. Yeah. It uh it bags up in our
  477. 19:49house quite a bit.
  478. 19:50>> Okay.
  479. 19:54>> It actually the sewage line, main sewage
  480. 19:56line run uh in that wood line, the
  481. 19:59little side of that wood line.
  482. 20:00>> Okay. that runs uh all the way from uh
  483. 20:06the uh the the uh north side of town.
  484. 20:09>> Okay.
  485. 20:10>> And goes all the way to the to the uh to
  486. 20:13the uh north lagoon. Yeah. I mean south
  487. 20:15lagoon.
  488. 20:16>> Okay.
  489. 20:25and the the temporary repair that they
  490. 20:27be doing, which that's what they did
  491. 20:30right there.
  492. 20:31>> But the sewage is uh you know, replacing
  493. 20:35that pipe is one of the biggest biggest
  494. 20:37uh issues.
  495. 20:39>> So y'all do y'all have a utility
  496. 20:40easement right there or to get
  497. 20:42>> Yes. Yes. Yes, we have.
  498. 20:44>> So it it it's running along this creek.
  499. 20:46>> Yes. Uh-huh. Yeah. Matter of fact, it's
  500. 20:48on the other side. Well, this line is
  501. 20:50running. See, there go a manhole right
  502. 20:52there.
  503. 20:52>> Yeah.
  504. 20:53>> Yeah.
  505. 20:53>> And it's running on this side,
  506. 20:55>> but uh most of it is uh is running over
  507. 20:59and then and then it'll cross over on go
  508. 21:01to the other side.
  509. 21:02>> Okay.
  510. 21:03>> And and uh go to the holding tank where
  511. 21:06the uh pumps pumping pumping into the
  512. 21:09main line.
  513. 21:10>> Okay.
  514. 21:39That's where we have the next I said
  515. 21:40break the uh the pavement up.
  516. 21:43>> Right. And that's at uh Miller Street,
  517. 21:46>> right? Miller.
  518. 21:48>> Miller.
  519. 21:48>> So you you've been having issue with the
  520. 21:50line on Miller Street as well or just
  521. 21:52just at the intersection.
  522. 21:53>> Just at the intersection of Miller.
  523. 21:55>> Okay.
  524. 21:58>> Pine View.
  525. 21:59>> Pine View.
  526. 22:00>> It used to come on back and come out
  527. 22:01back to North View.
  528. 22:03>> Okay.
  529. 22:03>> But uh it's just one I mean uh dead in
  530. 22:06over there now.
  531. 22:07>> Okay. But, uh, I'll show you once we go
  532. 22:10back down here.
  533. 22:11>> Okay.
  534. 22:11>> Uh, the area where we having a problem
  535. 22:15at.
  536. 22:15>> Okay.
  537. 22:18Matter
  538. 22:18>> of fact, we actually got the water is
  539. 22:20running running now.
  540. 22:23>> Yeah.
  541. 22:26If you want to put your eyes on it,
  542. 22:31I can show you.
  543. 22:32>> So, you have a boil water water nos in
  544. 22:34any places.
  545. 22:35>> They have they have a boil water now. I
  546. 22:37don't look and lift it yet
  547. 22:39>> for for just certain areas.
  548. 22:41>> Well, we just had a had a leak the whole
  549. 22:43town.
  550. 22:44>> Okay.
  551. 22:44>> Of what we had just repaired. But then I
  552. 22:47show you this.
  553. 22:49>> Okay.
  554. 22:56This is 3/4
  555. 22:59g that's running down through here.
  556. 23:02>> Mhm. 3/4 giz.
  557. 23:11That's it right there. Ain't
  558. 23:12>> it? That's wrapped. They got that wrap
  559. 23:14around the gas line right there. But the
  560. 23:17water is right here.
  561. 23:18>> Oh, that covered. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I
  562. 23:21see it. Some of it is exposed right
  563. 23:23there.
  564. 23:23>> You can see it's wet now
  565. 23:27because the line is so uh brittle.
  566. 23:32I think you see it running now.
  567. 23:34>> Yeah. See this line is
  568. 23:36>> from the from the road all the way
  569. 23:38>> to that pavement where it's uh
  570. 23:41>> where this line is just
  571. 23:43>> and that's running where where it coming
  572. 23:45from though.
  573. 23:45>> It's it's coming from uh from uh at the
  574. 23:48end of the at right there at the at the
  575. 23:50uh street.
  576. 23:51>> Yeah.
  577. 23:51>> And just coming all the way down. But
  578. 23:53the water is actually coming from down
  579. 23:55here and and coming back in here.
  580. 23:58>> Right.
  581. 23:58>> We had just repaired it down here.
  582. 24:01>> Mhm. And after we repaired it here, it
  583. 24:04broke again uh down here. So that's
  584. 24:08another problem that we have.
  585. 24:10>> Okay.
  586. 24:13>> And I'm quite sure you lose some some
  587. 24:15pressure because of that, too.
  588. 24:17>> Oh, yeah. So, and so we got to try to go
  589. 24:21down there and and at least put a wrap
  590. 24:24or something on it and hoping it'll
  591. 24:26hold.
  592. 24:27>> Okay. Okay.
  593. 24:27>> I know it's probably going to break
  594. 24:29again in another area.
  595. 24:31>> Okay.
  596. 24:45We probably going to have to go back
  597. 24:47with a with a bigger pipe.
  598. 24:48>> Yeah.
  599. 24:49>> Because it's it's supplying those
  600. 24:51several houses down there.
  601. 24:54>> Okay.
  602. 24:58Now that that that's that's that's the
  603. 25:00water line. That's that's a gas line.
  604. 25:02>> Okay. Which one is the gas line?
  605. 25:04>> The gas line is the one that's exposed
  606. 25:06right there. That that one with the
  607. 25:07little wrapper on it is the water line.
  608. 25:09You can see the line, but it's a
  609. 25:11galvanized line.
  610. 25:14>> And uh back there where we was at that
  611. 25:16house, he wanted to add that street onto
  612. 25:18it. Uh
  613. 25:21uh I I got I got it I got it on my my
  614. 25:23phone and everything.
  615. 25:24>> Okay. cuz I I saw the sign said easy
  616. 25:26easy street and then more
  617. 25:30>> uh which which one we got? Easy street
  618. 25:32on our list already but but but but
  619. 25:34there's another one
  620. 25:35>> that where where the house was.
  621. 25:37>> Oh, okay. Okay.
  622. 25:38>> Yeah.
  623. 25:47And we apologize for taking up all time,
  624. 25:49man.
  625. 25:50>> Oh, that's okay.
  626. 25:50>> Yes, sir.
  627. 25:52And you sound you a preach a
  628. 25:54>> No, I'm a I'm a deacon.
  629. 25:56>> You sound like a preacher, man.
  630. 26:05And good that we got the manholes here.
  631. 26:07We can easily track that and we'll be
  632. 26:09looking for water valves, too.
  633. 26:10>> Oh, yeah. Okay.
  634. 26:13Yeah, cuz we uh cuz like I said, most of
  635. 26:15the uh cut offs going to be there now.
  636. 26:17We have a couple of cut offs here.
  637. 26:19>> Mhm. Because in this subdivision, the
  638. 26:22water line actually runs all the way
  639. 26:25down and then come on the other side of
  640. 26:28Highway 27.
  641. 26:29>> Okay.
  642. 26:30>> And uh
  643. 26:32and uh they have like I said cut off
  644. 26:34here. And you'll see most of the cut
  645. 26:37offs like I said u uh at the
  646. 26:39intersections.
  647. 26:40>> Okay.
  648. 26:41>> Right at the intersection.
  649. 26:52I'm going cross on over to South View.
  650. 26:54>> Okay. Viewing going to South View. Okay.
  651. 27:23Man, I bet that's a historical grave
  652. 27:26scar.
  653. 27:27>> It is.
  654. 27:27>> I'm looking at the monuments that got
  655. 27:29out there. It definitely is. But that's
  656. 27:32a black uh grave.
  657. 27:33>> It's uh integrated now.
  658. 27:35>> Okay. It was just uh black, but it's uh
  659. 27:38it's integrated.
  660. 27:43on South View. Like I say, it's a 2 in
  661. 27:45uh 2in galvanized line.
  662. 27:47>> Oh, the left.
  663. 27:48>> Yes.
  664. 27:49>> Okay.
  665. 27:50>> Like uh like uh right here at this
  666. 27:53intersection right here,
  667. 27:54>> it's a cut off here.
  668. 27:56>> Okay.
  669. 27:56>> It's a cut off there. That doesn't work.
  670. 27:59>> Okay.
  671. 28:00>> And u
  672. 28:02this other intersection that doesn't
  673. 28:04work.
  674. 28:19At this location, we have a problem with
  675. 28:21a sewage manhole right at this.
  676. 28:24>> Okay.
  677. 28:25>> 331
  678. 28:27uh South View.
  679. 28:28>> 331 South View. That
  680. 28:29>> manhole right there. We have a problem.
  681. 28:32>> Manhole at 331 South View.
  682. 28:44And I don't think I mentioned Elm
  683. 28:45Street.
  684. 28:46>> Elm Street.
  685. 28:47>> Elm Street. We having a problem.
  686. 28:49>> Okay.
  687. 28:49>> The line is uh it's going to be a uh
  688. 28:53galvanized line.
  689. 28:54>> Galvanized
  690. 28:55>> on this side. Okay.
  691. 28:56>> Um I mean we done repaired it probably
  692. 28:59seven or eight times uh within the last
  693. 29:03uh year and we crossed the uh the
  694. 29:07intersection on this other side. We
  695. 29:09having a problem over there.
  696. 29:11>> Okay.
  697. 29:12>> And right here at the intersection of
  698. 29:14Elm and South and South View. Yeah.
  699. 29:16>> It's a cut off right there
  700. 29:18>> where uh that doesn't work.
  701. 29:21>> Okay. So we we doing all of Am Street
  702. 29:24from that end to the other end
  703. 29:26>> basic basically uh I said the halfway
  704. 29:29point.
  705. 29:29>> Okay.
  706. 29:30>> Uh in South View.
  707. 29:32>> Okay.
  708. 29:32>> We just uh had a problem. We had
  709. 29:36actually had a water leak here and uh
  710. 29:40now right here at uh uh
  711. 29:44at 4:15
  712. 29:46right here sewage.
  713. 29:48>> Okay.
  714. 29:48>> Rob there.
  715. 29:50>> Okay. I got you. And uh there's water
  716. 29:54also the old galvanized line 2 in line.
  717. 29:59Yeah.
  718. 29:59>> So water and sewer.
  719. 30:01>> Yes. On the street.
  720. 30:07See
  721. 30:10some of the other areas are coming back
  722. 30:11to me now since uh
  723. 30:13>> we've been riding right here in the
  724. 30:16parking lot of hovers truck stop.
  725. 30:19If you have, we have a 2-in line that is
  726. 30:24uh galvanized.
  727. 30:28>> Okay. 2 in galvanized line at at the
  728. 30:30truck stop,
  729. 30:30>> right?
  730. 30:31>> And that that street that we was talking
  731. 30:33about on M. What what size was that
  732. 30:36line?
  733. 30:36>> That's a 2 in
  734. 30:37>> 2 in uh galvanized line. Um and and uh
  735. 30:42right here in the front of store at the
  736. 30:44edge of the the uh the ditch.
  737. 30:47>> Yeah. 2 in line running running on down
  738. 30:50and then turns to go to 27.
  739. 30:52>> So y'all y'all y'all service all out
  740. 30:54here?
  741. 30:54>> Yes.
  742. 30:55>> Okay.
  743. 30:55>> And we had a problem with with those
  744. 30:57lines there. That
  745. 30:59>> So So where where you having a problem
  746. 31:01with at the at this place where
  747. 31:03>> right here in front of the uh in front
  748. 31:05of the uh this door
  749. 31:08>> right here where the grass is.
  750. 31:09>> Yes. Where the grass problem there and
  751. 31:11where that truck is about to go out at.
  752. 31:13>> Yeah.
  753. 31:13>> We having we that's our biggest problem
  754. 31:16there. We have breaks in the lines
  755. 31:18continuously there.
  756. 31:19>> Okay. Okay.
  757. 31:21>> And uh
  758. 31:21>> they renovating that whole place.
  759. 31:23>> Yes, they renovating it and they
  760. 31:25supposed to do the parking lot. And
  761. 31:26which I was telling the mayor what we
  762. 31:29going to have to do is uh when they
  763. 31:32renovate it and do their parking lot. We
  764. 31:34going to have to have a line board
  765. 31:36underneath the ground because if not we
  766. 31:39going to be tearing they uh parking lot
  767. 31:41up every time. Yes.
  768. 31:42>> Yeah. We have problem there. Highway 18.
  769. 31:4627 in this section where we have
  770. 31:48problems with that 2 in line.
  771. 31:55>> So, so which side of the the road your
  772. 31:57line on the Highway 18?
  773. 31:59>> It's going to be on the uh on the right
  774. 32:01side of this side, which would be the
  775. 32:03south side.

  800. 32:49at.
  801. 32:50>> Okay.
  802. 32:55>> I think this line, Curtis Road, I think

  804. 33:01>> Okay.

  823. 34:05Can you see that? Uh can you see that
  824. 34:08white uh pipe 2 in? That's 2 in. That's
  825. 34:11where we had to cut out
  826. 34:14>> uh the old galvanized because it was it
  827. 34:17was eroding so bad.
  828. 34:19>> Yeah, I see it.

  830. 34:23>> Yeah,
  831. 34:23>> just crumbling.
  832. 34:25And it's it's like this where you can
  833. 34:28see it over here as well
  834. 34:30and and even on down
  835. 34:34uh in that area
  836. 34:36>> and that's all the way to Marrison Road.
  837. 34:38>> Is that that line all that line is
  838. 34:40exposed?

  873. 35:38that water just coming in and and
  874. 35:40erosion cuz all this was uh this wasn't
  875. 35:44uh uh you couldn't see the line at
  876. 35:46first, but over years
