  1. 0:00The newest update to Claude has made
  2. 0:01starting an online business a thousand
  3. 0:03times easier. And in this video, I'm
  4. 0:05going to walk you through exactly how
  5. 0:07I've used Claude to make $2.7 million in
  6. 0:10sales for our golf brand Haven. I'll
  7. 0:11show you the exact workflow that I'm
  8. 0:13using to build a fully kitted out
  9. 0:15Shopify store, find winning products,
  10. 0:17research competitors and customers,
  11. 0:19generate high-converting ad scripts for
  12. 0:21AI UGC content, and fulfill sales
  13. 0:23automatically. I know it sounds like a
  14. 0:25lot, but Claude is going to be doing
  15. 0:26everything for us. And also to help
  16. 0:28speed up this process for you, I'll pop
  17. 0:30up all of the prompts that I'm using as
  18. 0:32video cards, so you literally can just
  19. 0:34copy my exact same prompts. All right,
  20. 0:36so let's get started.
  21. 0:38All right, so the software that we're
  22. 0:39going to be using is completely free is
  23. 0:41Store Build AI. I'm going to drop the
  24. 0:42link for this down below in the
  25. 0:43description, so you guys can follow
  26. 0:44along. Takes about 5 minutes to get
  27. 0:46everything set up. It's super easy and
  28. 0:47it's on the exact same theme that we're
  29. 0:49using on Haven Golf Company with about a
  30. 0:513% conversion rate. All right, so once
  31. 0:52you're on this website, all you have to
  32. 0:54do now is first pick your niche. We got
  33. 0:55clothing, pets, tech, home, sports, or
  34. 0:57need inspiration. Now, you can pick
  35. 0:59whatever you want out of these
  36. 1:00categories, and keep in mind that this
  37. 1:02site is completely yours and fully
  38. 1:03customizable, so you don't have to
  39. 1:05actually stick with this niche if you
  40. 1:06don't want to. This is just going to be
  41. 1:07the base, the theme, and it's going to
  42. 1:09give you banners and copy and all of
  43. 1:10that just to get you started. You can
  44. 1:12then go in and change all the products,
  45. 1:13the layout, descriptions, anything that
  46. 1:15you want. All right, so let's get
  47. 1:16started on this. We're going to be using
  48. 1:17the home for the example here, so we're
  49. 1:19going to plug in our name. And then you
  50. 1:20want to plug in your email that you're
  51. 1:21going to be using for your Shopify
  52. 1:22store. Shopify needs you to have a brand
  53. 1:24new email, so if you already have a
  54. 1:25Shopify store linked, use a different
  55. 1:27email, otherwise we can't upload the
  56. 1:28theme onto the store for you. So, after
  57. 1:30you type that in, we're just going to
  58. 1:31hit claim our store. All right, so now
  59. 1:33we get to pick the color or the main
  60. 1:34color schemes of our website. So, we've
  61. 1:36got orange, green, red, and blue. I'm
  62. 1:38going to go with blue for this. I just
  63. 1:39think it looks the cleanest, but again,
  64. 1:41this is up to you. Now, we need to pick
  65. 1:42our banner. So, the banner is the home
  66. 1:44page banner at the top, the main image.
  67. 1:46Again, you can change all of this
  68. 1:47whenever you want to. We're going to go
  69. 1:49with the bringing the indoors in, and
  70. 1:51hit next. All right, so now our store is
  71. 1:52ready. We're just going to click on
  72. 1:53claim my store now. Okay, so now we're
  73. 1:55going to create our Shopify account, and
  74. 1:57we're going to come back to this page.
  75. 1:58So we'll click on create Shopify
  76. 1:59account. It's already going to populate
  77. 2:01your email that you used for you. So all
  78. 2:03we're going to do is click on next here.
  79. 2:05Now we're going to create a password.
  80. 2:06Use whatever password that you want.
  81. 2:08Totally up to you. This is for your
  82. 2:09Shopify store.
  83. 2:11Nothing else. So that's how you're going
  84. 2:12to log in to your Shopify dashboard and
  85. 2:14edit everything. So now it comes to the
  86. 2:15trial page. You start for free. You get
  87. 2:173 days for free and then it's only a
  88. 2:19dollar per month with our partnership.
  89. 2:21So it's for the first 3 months it's only
  90. 2:23$3. So if you just want to try out
  91. 2:24Shopify, start a drop shipping side
  92. 2:26hustle or whatever it may be, this is
  93. 2:28going to be the best deal that you're
  94. 2:28going to get on it. So we're just going
  95. 2:30to sign up for the free trial. You do
  96. 2:31have to activate this trial because if
  97. 2:33not, we are not actually not going to be
  98. 2:35able to add the app to upload the theme
  99. 2:37onto your store. So it is important. But
  100. 2:39again, it's 3 days for free, a dollar
  101. 2:41for the first 3 months. Now when you're
  102. 2:42choosing a plan, I recommend everyone go
  103. 2:44to basic. We want to just do the most
  104. 2:45regular plan on Shopify right now. You
  105. 2:47don't need the advanced or grow until
  106. 2:50you're really scaling up to hundreds of
  107. 2:52orders a day. All you need to do is hit
  108. 2:53on try basic. We also don't need to
  109. 2:55upgrade to in-person sales. We don't
  110. 2:57have a storefront. We're doing this all
  111. 2:58online. So we'll skip that. Then there's
  112. 3:00going to be a little questionnaire. I'll
  113. 3:01do this later. You don't have to fill
  114. 3:02this out. That's just for Shopify. Okay,
  115. 3:04so now we've got our Shopify store up.
  116. 3:06What we want to do now is go back onto
  117. 3:08the software page. So link this off onto
  118. 3:11creating our Shopify account. We
  119. 3:12finished this step, so we're going to
  120. 3:13hit next. So now we need to link our
  121. 3:15Shopify store to the app to upload the
  122. 3:17theme onto here. So we're going to click
  123. 3:18on access Shopify URL. It's going to
  124. 3:20take you to your home page once again.
  125. 3:22At the top you're just going to grab
  126. 3:23your URL, copy it, and then we're going
  127. 3:26to paste it back into the little form
  128. 3:29here and hit save. Then we'll just hit
  129. 3:30next. [music]
  130. 3:31So now we need to add our winning
  131. 3:32products and the theme onto our store.
  132. 3:34So we're adding the Zendrop app on here.
  133. 3:36So by the way, 0 to 10 products on
  134. 3:38Zendrop is free. You're not going to get
  135. 3:39charged that $79 that says. That's the
  136. 3:42maximum when you add like 500 products
  137. 3:43onto your store. Get a lot of questions
  138. 3:45about that. So as long as you're at 0 to
  139. 3:4710 products, then you are not going to
  140. 3:49get charged at all. It's It's to bring
  141. 3:50us to the app page and we'll hit
  142. 3:51install. Now we're going to go to the
  143. 3:52install app section, and we're just
  144. 3:54going to hit install once again. Approve
  145. 3:56the subscription here. This is exactly
  146. 3:57what I was just talking about. It's a
  147. 3:59maximum of $29 when you have like 500
  148. 4:00products. 0 to 10 [music] is free, so
  149. 4:02don't worry about that. Okay, so now our
  150. 4:04app is linked. We'll hit on continue
  151. 4:06onboarding, and it's going to bring us
  152. 4:07back onto the software page. And then,
  153. 4:09since we just completed this step, we're
  154. 4:11going to hit receive store. Now that we
  155. 4:13have that on there, ZenDrop now the
  156. 4:15theme and the products are being
  157. 4:16uploaded onto your store for you right
  158. 4:18now. Now, we'll just click on go live.
  159. 4:20And now it takes about 30 seconds or so
  160. 4:22for the theme to get uploaded and all
  161. 4:24the products. Now, it is fully uploaded.
  162. 4:26We're going to hit next. And now, we're
  163. 4:27going to click on the remove password
  164. 4:29button. No, this is not the password to
  165. 4:31the back end of your Shopify store. This
  166. 4:33is the password so people can access
  167. 4:35your website. Otherwise, it's going to
  168. 4:36show up when they go on your URL, it's
  169. 4:38going to say, "You need a password to
  170. 4:40enter the website." Therefore, people
  171. 4:41wouldn't be able to shop on your
  172. 4:42website. So, you can see here that you
  173. 4:44need to let everyone access your store,
  174. 4:45so you just need to add your store
  175. 4:46address and then remove your password.
  176. 4:48So, we'll click on add store address.
  177. 4:50And you can use your home address, a PO
  178. 4:53box, it's totally up to you. I
  179. 4:54personally have a virtual mailing
  180. 4:56address that I use, but this is not
  181. 4:58something that people are going to see
  182. 5:00unless you want them to see it, so you
  183. 5:01can just use your home address. Okay, we
  184. 5:03saved our registered address now, and
  185. 5:05now we can remove our password by
  186. 5:07clicking this little tab right here, and
  187. 5:09hit save. Now, anyone can come onto our
  188. 5:11website and actually purchase from us.
  189. 5:13Sweet. So, we're done with that. You can
  190. 5:14click on make my first sale or join our
  191. 5:16Discord group if you want to join our
  192. 5:18coaching calls. You don't need to go
  193. 5:20through any of the premium tools unless
  194. 5:21you want them. Now, our store is
  195. 5:23actually set up and built. So, if you
  196. 5:25click on the online store in the Shopify
  197. 5:27section here on the side, you can see
  198. 5:28that the ZenDrop theme was added 3
  199. 5:30minutes ago. So, the banner that we
  200. 5:32picked, the colors, all that stuff is
  201. 5:34now on here with our products as well.
  202. 5:36Again, fully customizable, you can
  203. 5:38change anything that you want here.
  204. 5:40Change the store completely, it's
  205. 5:41totally up to you. Now that we've got
  206. 5:42our store set up, now what we're going
  207. 5:44to do is go into Clawd and connect
  208. 5:46ZenDrop's MCP. So, all of the tools that
  209. 5:48you get within ZenDrop for product
  210. 5:50research, trending products, all that
  211. 5:51stuff, can now be accessed through Clod
  212. 5:54to do all of your product research for
  213. 5:55you. And you can even upload products
  214. 5:57directly from Clod onto your ZenDrop
  215. 6:00account into your Shopify store.
  216. 6:02All right. So, let me show you how to
  217. 6:03connect ZenDrop's MCP to your Clod. I
  218. 6:06created a new Clod to start this from
  219. 6:08scratch just to show you guys exactly
  220. 6:09how to set it up. So, once you're in
  221. 6:11your Clod account, you're going to see
  222. 6:13like, you know, your normal standard
  223. 6:14thing here. And we're going to go onto
  224. 6:16this little sidebar. And then from here,
  225. 6:18they actually moved it, so it's in
  226. 6:19customize now. So, we'll click on
  227. 6:20customize. Then we're going to click on
  228. 6:22connectors. And then from here, we want
  229. 6:24to click on add connector. And it's
  230. 6:26going to be a custom connector. The name
  231. 6:27of it you're going to type in is
  232. 6:28ZenDrop. And then now for your remote
  233. 6:30MCP server, so ZenDrop is hosting it,
  234. 6:33you're going to paste this link in right
  235. 6:34here. I'll also have this link for you,
  236. 6:36the URL, in the description if you just
  237. 6:38want to copy and paste it from there. We
  238. 6:39don't need to do anything for the
  239. 6:40advanced settings. We're just going to
  240. 6:42click on add. Then we're going to hit
  241. 6:43connect. And now Clod is requesting
  242. 6:46permission to access your account on
  243. 6:47ZenDrop. So, read product information,
  244. 6:50imported products, manage your products,
  245. 6:52view orders, fill and cancel orders,
  246. 6:53view store settings, update and view
  247. 6:55billing information. So, you can
  248. 6:57actually remove, you know, things that
  249. 6:58you don't want like view billing
  250. 6:59information. It's totally up to you. But
  251. 7:01what this means is now when Clod's
  252. 7:03connected to your ZenDrop account and
  253. 7:05ZenDrop's connected to your Shopify
  254. 7:06account, what you can do is do a bunch
  255. 7:08of product research, which we're about
  256. 7:09to do, on Clod. It's going to find it
  257. 7:11for you on ZenDrop. And then you can
  258. 7:13automatically tell Clod, "Hey, put this
  259. 7:15in my import list and upload it onto my
  260. 7:17Shopify store." So, you can handle
  261. 7:18[music] everything from Clod now. So,
  262. 7:20that's exactly what we're going to do.
  263. 7:21We're just going to hit authorize. And
  264. 7:22now you can see our connector is ZenDrop
  265. 7:24is connected fully to our Clod. All
  266. 7:26right. So, here's the back end of
  267. 7:28ZenDrop on the dashboard through your
  268. 7:29Shopify apps. And so, here you can find
  269. 7:32all the trending products, do all your
  270. 7:33product research, the products that are
  271. 7:35on your store. You can see all these are
  272. 7:36the ones that were uploaded. And now
  273. 7:38that Clod has access to our ZenDrop
  274. 7:41dashboard, it also has access to our
  275. 7:43Shopify. So, it can dig through all of
  276. 7:45this for you. You don't have to look
  277. 7:46through trending products, try to find
  278. 7:48the right one. You can have Claude work
  279. 7:49as an employee and do all of that for
  280. 7:52you. And so, that's exactly what we're
  281. 7:53going to do. Okay, so this is where
  282. 7:55we're going to use the first prompt for
  283. 7:56Claude. So, I'm going to pop up that
  284. 7:58prompt right here, the exact one that
  285. 7:59I'm using, or it might be on this side,
  286. 8:01I'm not even sure, one of the cards on
  287. 8:02YouTube, and I'll just link you Google
  288. 8:04Doc Drive so you can copy and paste it.
  289. 8:06All right, so here is the prompt that I
  290. 8:07engineered. It does a bunch of product
  291. 8:09research for you in the niche that you
  292. 8:11want. So, if we're doing a home product
  293. 8:13niche, that's what we chose for the
  294. 8:14store in this example, all you have to
  295. 8:16do, this is the only thing you have to
  296. 8:17change in this prompt, you're going to
  297. 8:19just put in the niche is home, home
  298. 8:20products. That's all you have to put in
  299. 8:22there, and everything else is set up for
  300. 8:24you. It's going to write all of these
  301. 8:25products on scores, right, for emotional
  302. 8:27buying triggers, problem-solving
  303. 8:29ability, UGC friendliness, product
  304. 8:31names. It's going to provide all this
  305. 8:32stuff for you. This prompt is already
  306. 8:34written, again, it was up on the card
  307. 8:36there. I might drop it down below in the
  308. 8:37description to make it easier, too. And
  309. 8:39so, we're just going to type that in
  310. 8:40with the niche that you want to sell in,
  311. 8:41and then we're going to submit it into
  312. 8:43Claude, and it's going to do all this
  313. 8:44research for us. And so, it it does take
  314. 8:46like 3 minutes or so, but you can see
  315. 8:48here, it's using ZenDrop's MCP, so it's
  316. 8:51pulling all the data from ZenDrop and
  317. 8:53giving it back to you in an organized
  318. 8:54fashion. And by the way, this is all
  319. 8:56done on a new account on Claude. It's
  320. 8:58the free Claude plan, so you don't have
  321. 8:59to pay for Claude right now if you're
  322. 9:01just using it for these single kind of
  323. 9:02case uses. All right, it's done loading
  324. 9:04here.
  325. 9:0510 opportunities ranked, target monthly
  326. 9:07scale 50 to 500k, gross margin 40 to
  327. 9:1075%, and now it's going to start listing
  328. 9:13all of those details that that prompt
  329. 9:14asked it for, and it's putting it in
  330. 9:16this nice, neat manner. That way it's
  331. 9:17easy for you guys to read and make a
  332. 9:19decision on what product that you want
  333. 9:21to actually start selling. So, it's
  334. 9:22ranking the number one, and the number
  335. 9:24one that's recommending to test first,
  336. 9:26it's coming up with all of them right
  337. 9:27now, but the number one that it's saying
  338. 9:29to test first is this LED smart motion
  339. 9:31sensor bulb. So, the ZenDrop cost is
  340. 9:33this much, the sell price is this much,
  341. 9:35and here's your gross margin, which is
  342. 9:36actually very healthy. It's going to
  343. 9:37give us our target audience, homeowners
  344. 9:3925 to 55, renters, parents, night owls,
  345. 9:42anyone sharing a bed. Ad formats are
  346. 9:44going to be UGC and native style video.
  347. 9:46Best for broad targeting, let Meta
  348. 9:48optimize. The store type is going to be
  349. 9:50a branded niche store. It's smart home
  350. 9:51lighting. Suggested hooks for you,
  351. 9:54scoring on the factors that I asked it
  352. 9:56for during that prompt. Basically giving
  353. 9:57you all of that information. Estimated
  354. 9:59daily spend ceiling is about $1,000 to
  355. 10:01$5,000 a day on Meta ads. And the repeat
  356. 10:04purchase is going to be like an estimate
  357. 10:05of medium for people that have
  358. 10:06multi-room expansion and like your
  359. 10:08product. So, for this example, let's go
  360. 10:10with the number one recommended. So, now
  361. 10:11we can tell Claude to directly link this
  362. 10:13onto our ZenDrop import list and then
  363. 10:15push it onto Shopify. So, basically you
  364. 10:18can control everything from Claude. All
  365. 10:19right, so I'm going to say, "Please link
  366. 10:21product number one and add it into my
  367. 10:22ZenDrop import list." Okay, so we've got
  368. 10:24your store now loaded. Uh adding the LED
  369. 10:26smart motion sensor bed light strip.
  370. 10:28Done. It's uploaded, so it's now in the
  371. 10:31import list. So, if we double-check that
  372. 10:34on ZenDrop in our dashboard, we'll go
  373. 10:36into my products and import list, and
  374. 10:38it's right here. So, now if you want to
  375. 10:39fully publish it onto our store, we just
  376. 10:41hit review and publish.
  377. 10:43And it's going to come already with the
  378. 10:44product images, your description, which
  379. 10:46again you can change all of this, the
  380. 10:48variants, the images that are uploaded
  381. 10:50onto it for you, all of that stuff. And
  382. 10:52then you can just hit publish to my
  383. 10:53store. And now this is being published
  384. 10:56onto our Shopify store, right? So, if we
  385. 10:58go back into here, we click on products,
  386. 11:00we might have to refresh. No, it's
  387. 11:01already there. So, it's uploaded. You
  388. 11:03have the stock for it, and it's now on
  389. 11:05our product section on Shopify. It's
  390. 11:06super easy to manage everything from
  391. 11:08Claude nowadays. Now that we've linked
  392. 11:10all of that, we've picked our product
  393. 11:11that we want to start selling, we want
  394. 11:12to come up with a Claude research prompt
  395. 11:15for marketing and ICP. So, what that
  396. 11:18means is we want to have Claude do a
  397. 11:20deep dive on the product that we just
  398. 11:22chose, do a bunch of market research,
  399. 11:24marketing angles, identify the ideal and
  400. 11:27best customers to advertise to. Then
  401. 11:29we're We're to have it generate a script
  402. 11:31for UGC, which we'll use AI to generate
  403. 11:33for us.
  404. 11:35Now this brings us to prompt number two
  405. 11:36for the market research. It's going to
  406. 11:38be linked here and here and I'll drop it
  407. 11:40in the description as well so you guys
  408. 11:42can just copy and paste it. So what
  409. 11:44we're going to do is go back onto
  410. 11:45Claude, copy and paste the prompt that
  411. 11:47I'm providing for you guys and then the
  412. 11:49only thing again you have to change is
  413. 11:51the product name and the link. So I'm
  414. 11:53going to grab that product link from
  415. 11:55Zendrop cuz it does have access. I'm
  416. 11:57just going to paste the link there and
  417. 11:59I'm also going to paste the title of the
  418. 12:01product as well. So now what we're doing
  419. 12:03here together is having it perform deep
  420. 12:05market research on this product for us
  421. 12:08so we don't have to think about it
  422. 12:10whatsoever. Why people buy it, emotional
  423. 12:12triggers, competitors, existing ads,
  424. 12:14TikTok content, Amazon reviews,
  425. 12:16everything you could possibly want to do
  426. 12:17in like a deep research. And what we're
  427. 12:19asking it to do is give us five highly
  428. 12:21unique marketing angles that are
  429. 12:23different than everything out there
  430. 12:25right now on the internet and come up
  431. 12:27with new ones, right? So not generic
  432. 12:29angles, something that we can actually
  433. 12:30stand out with. So again, all you have
  434. 12:32to do is plug in the link and your
  435. 12:34product title and the prompt and then
  436. 12:36submit it into Claude. All right, it's
  437. 12:38finally done. Only took like two minutes
  438. 12:40but I'm impatient. Elderly falls, that's
  439. 12:42actually an interesting angle.
  440. 12:44Cool, so it gives us a bunch of insight
  441. 12:46here. It does all this research for us.
  442. 12:49So what competitors are doing, generic
  443. 12:51stuff, right?
  444. 12:53And then what are the five angles that
  445. 12:55are unique, different and also matching
  446. 12:57the data that it did or got from all
  447. 13:00this research, right? So it's low to
  448. 13:03medium saturation, underutilized.
  449. 13:06And so it identified all these problems
  450. 13:09that this product can potentially solve
  451. 13:11that are not being marketed in this way
  452. 13:13yet and this is where people like me and
  453. 13:15you come in and capitalize on that and
  454. 13:17go into the market, scale up our store
  455. 13:19based on those angles and uh
  456. 13:21hopefully start making a bunch of sales.
  457. 13:23All right, so the number one angle that
  458. 13:25that recommends for us is the
  459. 13:26considerate partner. So the main pain
  460. 13:28point is turn on the light or stumbling
  461. 13:30and disturbs your sleeping partner and
  462. 13:31you feel guilty every single time. So,
  463. 13:32if you get up, uh shift workers, that's
  464. 13:34a good angle, actually. Anyone that gets
  465. 13:36up,
  466. 13:37you know, early and their their partner
  467. 13:39is sleeping next to them and the lights
  468. 13:42essentially wake them up. In fact, that
  469. 13:44actually happens a lot. And here are
  470. 13:45some hook variations. My husband gets up
  471. 13:47at 5:00 a.m. for work. It's I finally
  472. 13:49stopped hating him for it, right? So,
  473. 13:50it's basically taking the product and
  474. 13:52saying, "No, no, no, it's not just like
  475. 13:53an accent light.
  476. 13:55This angle is for people that, you know,
  477. 13:58work really early and don't want to wake
  478. 14:00up their spouse or or whoever that
  479. 14:02they're sleeping with when they get up
  480. 14:03in the morning to go to work. Or the $30
  481. 14:05thing that saved my marriage, not
  482. 14:07clickbait. It's kind of a nice hook. The
  483. 14:08second angle that it comes up with is
  484. 14:10the exhausted new parent. So, stumbling
  485. 14:12through the dark at 2:00 a.m. to feed
  486. 14:13and diaper change. That's an interesting
  487. 14:15angle that kind of ties in the parent
  488. 14:17niche with also this product
  489. 14:18specifically. The sleep quality
  490. 14:20saboteur. Turn on bright lights to
  491. 14:22navigate. Oh, this is kind of
  492. 14:23interesting. So, when you do heard about
  493. 14:25this. You know, if you turn on bright
  494. 14:26lights while you're sleeping or like
  495. 14:27about to go to bed, you're not supposed
  496. 14:28to like have these harsh lights on you.
  497. 14:31Um it just affects your sleep patterns
  498. 14:32and stuff. So, I did this research on
  499. 14:34the five top angles that are
  500. 14:36underutilized and there should be
  501. 14:38advertisements around to sell this
  502. 14:39product. Cuz you remember, there's so
  503. 14:41many products already out there. The
  504. 14:43more unique marketing angles that you
  505. 14:44can come up with and the pain points
  506. 14:46that you hit with certain demos of
  507. 14:47audience, the more likely that they're
  508. 14:49going to buy this product mainly on
  509. 14:51impulse. Wow, this actually resonates
  510. 14:53with me. I'm a new parent and I stumble
  511. 14:56through the dark at 2:00 a.m. Now, these
  512. 14:58are automatically going to come on
  513. 15:00like I go get the bottle or whatever it
  514. 15:02may be and this is going to be really
  515. 15:04helpful for me. I'm just going to buy
  516. 15:05it. Like that's the whole marketing
  517. 15:07psychology behind these behind marketing
  518. 15:09angles in general. Let's say let's just
  519. 15:11go with the top ranked one. We're going
  520. 15:13to pick number one, the considerate
  521. 15:14partner. Now, if that's the angle that
  522. 15:16we're going to be testing through our
  523. 15:17advertisements, we want our website to
  524. 15:19actually reflect that as well. So, if
  525. 15:20we're determined on this angle as the
  526. 15:22one that we want to test, what you now
  527. 15:23want to do is literally just look at
  528. 15:25this information and have it create you
  529. 15:27a report on how to change the copy on
  530. 15:29your website to reflect this. That's as
  531. 15:31simple as writing off to Claude and
  532. 15:33saying, "Hey, I like marketing angle
  533. 15:35number one. This is my Shopify website.
  534. 15:38Here's the description of the product
  535. 15:39right now. Can you rewrite this for this
  536. 15:41specific angle to really hit on this
  537. 15:43emotional play and the problem that this
  538. 15:45product actually solves?" And it's going
  539. 15:47to write all the copy for you. But now
  540. 15:48what we want to do before we even get to
  541. 15:50that point, we want to start creating
  542. 15:51some AI UGC videos based on this angle
  543. 15:55and we're going to have it write scripts
  544. 15:56for us.
  545. 15:57All right, so now what we're going to do
  546. 15:58is go back onto the ZenDrop dashboard.
  547. 16:01They have AI creatives and UGC creators
  548. 16:03already built into the dashboard with
  549. 16:05your products already linked, which is
  550. 16:06super nice. But first, we actually need
  551. 16:08a script. So, we need to go back onto
  552. 16:10Claude and we're going to say, "All
  553. 16:12right, I like angle number one. Can you
  554. 16:14write me a script for this?" All I have
  555. 16:15to say now is for angle number one, can
  556. 16:17you write me a 12-second, 30-word UGC
  557. 16:19script emphasizing this angle? Hit
  558. 16:21submit. All right, so it came up with
  559. 16:23the script for us. My husband gets up at
  560. 16:245:00 a.m. every single day. I never feel
  561. 16:26it anymore. This little light changed
  562. 16:28everything. So, what we're going to be
  563. 16:29doing is generating these little UGC
  564. 16:31scripts over and over and then exporting
  565. 16:33them and putting them all together to
  566. 16:34make a full ad. So, we'll copy that
  567. 16:37script and we're going to go back onto
  568. 16:39the dashboard here. Click on AI
  569. 16:41creatives in the ZenDrop dashboard. Then
  570. 16:43we're going to click on create a new
  571. 16:44video. We can choose our avatar. Um they
  572. 16:46have a bunch of different ones or you
  573. 16:48can actually create one yourself. We're
  574. 16:49just going to go with May here. And now
  575. 16:51your products are going to show up, so
  576. 16:52we'll click on the product that we're
  577. 16:54going to be using this for and hit
  578. 16:56continue. Now you get to choose the
  579. 16:57product image uh for the video. So,
  580. 17:00we'll you'll choose this product right
  581. 17:02here or this image. And there's scripts
  582. 17:04that they already come up with for you,
  583. 17:05but I recommend using the ones from
  584. 17:07Claude, so we'll just plug this back in.
  585. 17:09And we actually have 10 extra words, so
  586. 17:12Claude didn't listen. I'm going to say,
  587. 17:13"Add 10 [music] more words to the
  588. 17:14script, please."
  589. 17:16Come on, what are you doing? All right,
  590. 17:17now we have essentially the full 30. All
  591. 17:21right, so that's 28 words. We got close
  592. 17:22enough. So,
  593. 17:24we're going to put this in and then hit
  594. 17:25continue. Now, we're going to generate
  595. 17:27the video, so the product, the avatar,
  596. 17:30the aspect ratio at 9 by 16, duration 12
  597. 17:33seconds, and here's the script. We'll
  598. 17:34hit generate. All right, so now our
  599. 17:36video is ready. I generated one just a
  600. 17:38second ago as well. I'll explain why in
  601. 17:39just a second. So, let's watch the video
  602. 17:41that it generated and we'll see how it
  603. 17:43looks.
  604. 17:43>> up at 5:00 a.m. every single day and I
  605. 17:46never feel it anymore. This little light
  606. 17:49changed everything. All right, so it
  607. 17:51actually turned out pretty good. And we
  608. 17:52did another one earlier.
  609. 17:53>> motion sensor bed light is insane. I get
  610. 17:56up at night and it just glows on
  611. 17:58automatically. It's soft warm light, no
  612. 18:01blinding overheads.
  613. 18:03I'm obsessed, trust me. All right, so
  614. 18:04the reason that we're generating
  615. 18:06multiple and you should create a bunch
  616. 18:07of them is because you can download them
  617. 18:09and then set up different scenes,
  618. 18:11different sentences, different scripts,
  619. 18:12right? To make a full 30-second ad out
  620. 18:15of the creators that you want, the
  621. 18:16scenes that you want, compile them on
  622. 18:18whatever editing software that you want
  623. 18:20to use. I mean, you can use CapCut,
  624. 18:22Premiere Pro, it doesn't really matter.
  625. 18:23So, we're just going to generate a bunch
  626. 18:24of these and you're going to have them
  627. 18:25all in your library to mix and match
  628. 18:27together to make your UGC ads. And you
  629. 18:29can add, you know, text and captions
  630. 18:31over it and all that stuff. It's really
  631. 18:33nice though cuz it's built in in-house
  632. 18:35where they have all the product
  633. 18:35descriptions, images for you and you
  634. 18:37don't have to like pull them out and
  635. 18:38create a bunch of different things in
  636. 18:39different softwares for UGC content like
  637. 18:42AI generations. It's all just done right
  638. 18:44here for you linking to your Shopify
  639. 18:46store as well as your Zendrop account,
  640. 18:49which makes it super easy. Now, once you
  641. 18:51have your AI UGC created, you're going
  642. 18:54to want to run those ads on Facebook and
  643. 18:56Instagram, so Meta ads. I'm not going to
  644. 18:57cover a full Meta ad guide right now.
  645. 18:59I'll drop a video in the card up here if
  646. 19:02you guys want to follow along my full
  647. 19:032026 strategy. It's very easy to follow
  648. 19:06along, super easy to set up, and it
  649. 19:07converts very, very well. And so, now we
  650. 19:09have have up, we did the product
  651. 19:11research, we found the product that we
  652. 19:12want to sell, the marketing angle, and
  653. 19:14the UGC AI content. Start testing and
  654. 19:16running those ads on Facebook and
  655. 19:18Instagram. And once you start seeing
  656. 19:20some sales come in, then you need to
  657. 19:21fulfill your orders. You can do this two
  658. 19:23different ways with automatic
  659. 19:25fulfillment. You can either use Claude,
  660. 19:27now that's connected to our accounts, to
  661. 19:29just say, "Hey, fulfill all the orders
  662. 19:30for the day." Or you can do it directly
  663. 19:32on ZenDrop. So, the two ways to do this,
  664. 19:34I'll show you right here, is if you go
  665. 19:35into orders on your dashboard and toggle
  666. 19:38auto fulfillment. So, what this does is
  667. 19:40every time an order actually just
  668. 19:41populates into your store, the very next
  669. 19:43day, it's going to fulfill all of it for
  670. 19:45you. It's going to send out the product
  671. 19:46to your customer. It's going to update
  672. 19:48the tracking information for you.
  673. 19:49They're going to get a notification.
  674. 19:51It's basically fully hands-off. So, all
  675. 19:53you have to do now is focus on
  676. 19:54marketing. Now, another way you can do
  677. 19:56this is through the MCP on Claude if you
  678. 19:58don't want to be in the dashboard
  679. 19:59whatsoever. All you have to say is, "Hey
  680. 20:01Claude, can you fulfill all my orders
  681. 20:02from yesterday through the ZenDrop MCP?"
  682. 20:05And it will do that for you. So, it's
  683. 20:07very hands-off, very easy. Uh, the
  684. 20:09automated feature on ZenDrop is a little
  685. 20:11bit easier cuz it'll actually just
  686. 20:13automate it. Or you can set up a
  687. 20:14scheduled run here to do this every
  688. 20:16single day on Claude if you like to use
  689. 20:17it within that. So, now from start to
  690. 20:19finish, we've built an entire store
  691. 20:21using AI, AI product research, MCP
  692. 20:24integration, uh, being able to create
  693. 20:26UGC ads using AI as well. You can
  694. 20:29literally get this store up by the end
  695. 20:30of this video, which is probably only
  696. 20:31like 25 minutes, I'm guessing. Now, all
  697. 20:33you have to do, since we used AI as
  698. 20:36essentially an employee, did all that
  699. 20:37heavy lifting for us in research, you
  700. 20:39really just have to update your website,
  701. 20:41add products onto it, test new products,
  702. 20:43test new angles, test new
  703. 20:44advertisements, and keep scaling up your
  704. 20:46store. But using AI and Claude more as
  705. 20:49an employee to do all of the heavy
  706. 20:50lifting for you, it makes our lives a
  707. 20:52lot easier to get a ton of tasks done.
  708. 20:55And it makes it a lot easier than it did
  709. 20:57when I first started drop shipping in
  710. 20:582018 to scale up stores. You could
  711. 21:01really automate all this and massively
  712. 21:03test different products and angles so
  713. 21:05quickly nowadays. It makes it so easy. I
  714. 21:08hope you guys enjoyed this full guide.
  715. 21:09There's definitely a ton of different
  716. 21:10use cases for it, but this is the
  717. 21:12easiest way to get started right now
  718. 21:13today. Again, all of the prompts have
  719. 21:15been linked up in the cards. I'll also
