  1. 0:00I hit 1 million followers on Instagram
  2. 0:02in just 6 months, starting from absolute
  3. 0:04zero, made millions of views, and
  4. 0:06received hundreds of brand deals. And
  5. 0:08today, I'm breaking down the exact
  6. 0:10stepbystep pipeline and the secret
  7. 0:12algorithmic hacks that doubled and
  8. 0:14sometimes even tripled my account's
  9. 0:16growth rate. If I woke up tomorrow with
  10. 0:18zero followers and had to build the
  11. 0:20audience all over again, this is what I
  12. 0:23would do. Hey, I'm Karima and welcome
  13. 0:25back to my creative space. Building an
  14. 0:27audience turned my creative hobbies into
  15. 0:29a full-time career. I went from praying
  16. 0:32for views to signing thousand
  17. 0:34collaborations literally just by
  18. 0:36creating art at home. If a normal girl
  19. 0:38like messing around with AI tools can
  20. 0:40build that kind of freedom, trust me,
  21. 0:43you have everything it takes to pull it
  22. 0:46off, too. And so people ask me in my DMs
  23. 0:48every single day how I actually built
  24. 0:51this audience so fast, where I get my
  25. 0:54inspiration from, and since I have
  26. 0:56nothing to gatekeep from you guys, today
  27. 0:59I'm breaking this down into three simple
  28. 1:01steps. Make sure you stick around until
  29. 1:03the very end because in the final step,
  30. 1:06I'm revealing the secret tool that was
  31. 1:08the single biggest multiplier behind my
  32. 1:10rapid growth. And trust me, you don't
  33. 1:12want to miss that one. Okay, grab your
  34. 1:14drink and let's get straight into it.
  35. 1:16Step one is setting your direction. So,
  36. 1:18when you're just starting out, picking a
  37. 1:20topic that's too broad is a massive
  38. 1:23mistake. If your page is just a random
  39. 1:25mix of tech reviews, cooking videos, and
  40. 1:28daily vlogs, your audience is going to
  41. 1:30be completely confused. That broad
  42. 1:32approach breaks your growth in three
  43. 1:34specific ways. First of all, it
  44. 1:36completely confuses any viewer who lands
  45. 1:38on your profile. It makes it hard for
  46. 1:41the algorithm to push your content into
  47. 1:43people's feeds, and it makes it
  48. 1:45impossible for you to focus and actually
  49. 1:48master one area. So, how do you actually
  50. 1:50pick your direction? Just choose what
  51. 1:52you're naturally best at and have real
  52. 1:54experience in. Don't fall into the trap
  53. 1:56of picking a topic you know nothing
  54. 1:58about just because it's trending or
  55. 2:01worked for someone else. What I'll share
  56. 2:02next is far by the most important and
  57. 2:05yet most overlooked thing in content
  58. 2:07making. Once you lock into that main
  59. 2:09niche, you have to break it down into
  60. 2:11different formats and never stop
  61. 2:14experimenting. I know when you're just
  62. 2:16starting out and feeling completely
  63. 2:17lost, it is literally impossible to
  64. 2:20predict what will make you go viral. My
  65. 2:23number one mistake when I just started
  66. 2:25was forcing complex talking head videos
  67. 2:27for months because I thought that was
  68. 2:29what a real creator was supposed to do.
  69. 2:31I stayed stuck with low traction until I
  70. 2:33finally stopped and started testing
  71. 2:36other formats. And the second I switched
  72. 2:38to making creative AI videos, my account
  73. 2:41completely exploded. Listen, something
  74. 2:44that works for another influencer might
  75. 2:46not work for you. Which is why testing
  76. 2:48relentlessly in the very beginning is
  77. 2:51extremely important. If you never try,
  78. 2:53you'll never know, right? So, don't be
  79. 2:55scared to experiment across different
  80. 2:56formats until you catch the exact style
  81. 2:58that fits your vibe. Before we move to
  82. 3:00step two, I want to share something I
  83. 3:02wish someone had told me when I was
  84. 3:04stuck at 100 followers. Just do it. Stop
  85. 3:07asking is my editing good enough or
  86. 3:10worrying what others might say. You know
  87. 3:11the best way to lose a good idea is to
  88. 3:14ask everyone around possible what they
  89. 3:16think about it. There were so many times
  90. 3:17when I second guessed if I was even
  91. 3:19moving in the right direction, if my
  92. 3:20editing looks good enough, but you have
  93. 3:22to push past the doubt and prioritize
  94. 3:25execution over perfection. Step two,
  95. 3:28creating an idea base and stealing like
  96. 3:30an artist. Now, as someone who has
  97. 3:32created hundreds of AI videos that made
  98. 3:34millions of views, I know that it can
  99. 3:37sometimes be very frustrating coming up
  100. 3:39with ideas. Let me be real with you. I
  101. 3:42am not a naturally gifted creative
  102. 3:44genius who just wakes up and has these
  103. 3:46viral concepts every morning. But at the
  104. 3:49same time, I never guess what my next
  105. 3:51video is going to be. And I definitely
  106. 3:53don't like wasting time forcing an idea.
  107. 3:56That's why I came up with this system
  108. 3:57called my idea base. Basically, I create
  109. 4:00a dedicated save folder on every single
  110. 4:02social media I have. Like I have one on
  111. 4:05Instagram, on Pinterest, and YouTube.
  112. 4:07So, when you're doom scrolling, you're
  113. 4:09not just going to waste your time. You
  114. 4:11are going to actively do research for
  115. 4:13your next video. But I have a strict
  116. 4:14rule for saving references. I call it
  117. 4:17the outlier rule. So, I never save
  118. 4:19ordinary videos or those that only got
  119. 4:22average views. I only save and study
  120. 4:24videos that have blown up massively,
  121. 4:26hitting thousands or millions of views
  122. 4:28for the original creator. If a video
  123. 4:30didn't get at least 500,000 views, I
  124. 4:33don't think of it as a considerable
  125. 4:35reference. The math here is very simple.
  126. 4:37If a format already hit millions of
  127. 4:39views, it has proven that the algorithm
  128. 4:42loves the structure. So, if you take the
  129. 4:44format and integrate it into your own
  130. 4:46niche, there's a 90% chance for it to go
  131. 4:49viral for YouTube. And by the way, you
  132. 4:51don't only copy creators in your own
  133. 4:53niche. You can take viral formats from
  134. 4:56someone completely outside of your world
  135. 4:58and adapt them to your story. For
  136. 5:00example, I saw a massive travel and
  137. 5:02lifestyle trend of people running
  138. 5:04towards this beautiful castle that had
  139. 5:06tens of millions of views. I took that
  140. 5:08exact concept and adapted it into my AI
  141. 5:11niche. Basically, I built a cinematic AI
  142. 5:13Disney castle, decided to add these
  143. 5:15iconic fireworks from Disney's intro,
  144. 5:17and then generated myself running
  145. 5:19towards it. That video exploded and made
  146. 5:22over 12 million views. Why? Because the
  147. 5:25underlying format has already proven to
  148. 5:27the algorithm. You can also pull
  149. 5:28inspirations directly from movies. Like
  150. 5:31quite recently, I watched the I am
  151. 5:33legend with Will Smith and his dog and
  152. 5:36wondered how I could integrate that into
  153. 5:38my content. I created a storydriven AI
  154. 5:40generation of me looking at my dog,
  155. 5:42who's actually my best friend. And that
  156. 5:45single video hit over 2 million views.
  157. 5:48By the way, guys, I even have a full
  158. 5:49YouTube breakdown on how I created that
  159. 5:51video step by step. So, go ahead and
  160. 5:54check it out, too. Or remember when the
  161. 5:56new Spider-Man movie hype was peing over
  162. 5:58the summer. So, I didn't invent a new
  163. 6:00character. I just put myself into the
  164. 6:02Spider-Man lore as SpiderGwen, swinging
  165. 6:04and shooting webs. That video didn't
  166. 6:07just go viral. It triggered thousands of
  167. 6:10recreations across Instagram and brought
  168. 6:11me over 60,000 followers. Another
  169. 6:14example, I saw creators making videos
  170. 6:16about viral memes. So, I took some of my
  171. 6:19favorite meme references and generated a
  172. 6:21POV format of me walking down the street
  173. 6:23where the memes were all around me. That
  174. 6:26post went completely crazy, gaining
  175. 6:28around 40 million views. So, to be
  176. 6:31clear, I'm talking about stealing like
  177. 6:33an artist, which every great painter,
  178. 6:35director, and writer does. You don't
  179. 6:37just rip off someone's exact video and
  180. 6:39claim it as your own without giving
  181. 6:40credit. That's lazy. That's bad. And it
  182. 6:43breaks creator etiquette. You can take
  183. 6:45the hook, you can take the style, or you
  184. 6:47can take the general setting and then
  185. 6:48adapt it through your own unique visual
  186. 6:50style. And if you do heavily borrow a
  187. 6:53specific setup or format from another
  188. 6:55creator, make sure you give credit and
  189. 6:57tag them. Someone put their blood and
  190. 6:59sweat into the idea. So don't just take
  191. 7:01the credit for yourself. Quick thing
  192. 7:03before we move on to the next step, only
  193. 7:0510% of you watching right now are
  194. 7:06actually subscribed. So, if you want to
  195. 7:09keep learning more about how to make
  196. 7:10content and stay ahead of trends, make
  197. 7:12sure that you hit that subscribe button.
  198. 7:14Step three, this step is a secret hack
  199. 7:17that probably boosted my account growth
  200. 7:19rate by twice or maybe even three times
  201. 7:22its normal speed, and this is the number
  202. 7:24one tool 90% of people underestimate,
  203. 7:27and that is posting trial reels. A trial
  204. 7:30reel is basically a video that Instagram
  205. 7:32pushes exclusively to non-f followers
  206. 7:35without showing it on your main profile
  207. 7:37grid or showing it to your current
  208. 7:39followers. It is basically an
  209. 7:40algorithmic sandbox to test content on
  210. 7:43fresh audiences. Prior reels is a secret
  211. 7:45tip top content creators don't want you
  212. 7:47to know about. So when I post a video to
  213. 7:49my main feed and I see it's starting to
  214. 7:51go viral in the first 24 hours, I
  215. 7:53immediately open my editor. So, I create
  216. 7:56two or three slightly different
  217. 7:58variations of that exact same video. I
  218. 8:00might add a tiny zoom in, mirror the
  219. 8:03frame, or change the text on screen, or
  220. 8:06maybe even slightly edit the hook. Then,
  221. 8:08I upload those variations as trial
  222. 8:10reels. Since the core video has already
  223. 8:13mathematically proven to work, Instagram
  224. 8:16takes the trial versions and pushes them
  225. 8:18again, but this time to an entirely
  226. 8:20separate audience. I use this exact same
  227. 8:22strategy for all of my viral videos.
  228. 8:25Like for example, the meme video I
  229. 8:27talked about earlier, the main post hit
  230. 8:2910 million views overnight on my feed,
  231. 8:32which was already crazy, but then I
  232. 8:34posted it again as a trial reel. And
  233. 8:36that trial version hit 20 million views
  234. 8:38overnight. So, it literally doubled my
  235. 8:41account reach while I was sleeping. As
  236. 8:43someone who has literally hacked the
  237. 8:45algorithm and made hundreds of viral
  238. 8:47videos with millions of views, here is
  239. 8:49another thing I wish I knew earlier. You
  240. 8:51cannot just be a blind content machine
  241. 8:53uploading video after video without
  242. 8:55looking at the data. That is literally
  243. 8:57how creators get stuck on a treadmill of
  244. 8:59high effort and low results. You have to
  245. 9:02step back and analyze your own
  246. 9:03statistics along the way all the time.
  247. 9:06Stop obsessing over likes and views.
  248. 9:09Those are considered to be metrics that
  249. 9:10tell you very little about how real your
  250. 9:13algorithm push is. The Instagram
  251. 9:15algorithm is driven heavily by share and
  252. 9:17save rates. So shares tell the algorithm
  253. 9:20that your content is valuable enough to
  254. 9:22send it to a front and saves tell it
  255. 9:24that your content has a long-term value.
  256. 9:26When you are in your experimentation
  257. 9:28phase and a real finally takes off,
  258. 9:30pause and contemplate on why it worked.
  259. 9:33Was it a specific visual hook or perhaps
  260. 9:35the way you talked was the lighting, the
  261. 9:38topic or the captions on the screen?
  262. 9:40There is always a specific pattern that
  263. 9:42made the video work. So once you
  264. 9:44identify that pattern, stop guessing and
  265. 9:46double down on it relentlessly. That is
  266. 9:49how you dominate your subniche. So let's
  267. 9:51have a little recap. You experiment
  268. 9:53widely in the beginning, save outlier
  269. 9:55ideas, multiply your reach with trial
  270. 9:58reels, and then dig deep into that exact
  271. 10:00winning format over and over again. That
  272. 10:03is exactly how I made a million
  273. 10:05followers on Instagram over the last 6
  274. 10:07months and how I would do it again if I
  275. 10:10had to start from scratch. It is really
  276. 10:11the fastest way to grow based on proven
  277. 10:14systems instead of just purely guessing.
  278. 10:16Having a big audience changed the whole
  279. 10:18game for me because big brands are
  280. 10:20literally sliding into my DMs ready to
  281. 10:22pay me just to feature their products. I
  282. 10:24literally landed multi,000 deals just by
  283. 10:27creating content right from my laptop.
  284. 10:29And with the workflow I shared today,
  285. 10:30you have literally everything it takes
  286. 10:32to pull it off, too. The biggest
  287. 10:34takeaway I want you to remember is this.
  288. 10:36Hitting a million followers isn't about
  289. 10:38getting lucky. It's about building a
  290. 10:40framework you can run repeatedly so our
  291. 10:42account grows every single time you
  292. 10:44post. Just give the system a try and see
  293. 10:46the results for yourself. And if you're
  294. 10:48still making excuses, I put a complete
  295. 10:50step-by-step pipeline into the free
  296. 10:52guide linked in the description below,
  297. 10:54so you can check it out right now. Drop
  298. 10:56a comment telling me what other tips you
  299. 10:58may know. Hit that subscribe button for
  300. 11:00more breakdowns. Believe in yourself. Go
  301. 11:03make some art. And I'll see you in the
  302. 11:04next one. Why everyone?
