- 2:49Uh
- 2:50just straightforward behavior
- 2:52is rewarded in

- 3:30car dealer
- 3:31Know the best used car on your lot and
- 3:33what makes the best used car in your
- 3:35brand. Know what your customer's
- 3:37thinking left and right by basically
- 3:39doing the research on what their
- 3:40considerations would be. Understanding
- 3:42what the best in the market is and why
- 3:44it costs what it does. And justify the
- 3:46cost of everything. That's really what
- 3:47it is. It's basically just providing
- 3:48information in a clear and thorough
- 3:49manner. Be polite. Run around. Don't
- 3:52waste their [ __ ] time, shoot
- 3:53straight. If they have a be able to
- 3:56understand the problems that they have
- 3:57and their objections and be able to
- 3:58handle them quickly and properly, and
- 4:00don't be a [ __ ] That's really it.
- 4:02Good luck and do it. I can't I can't say
- 4:04enough good things. It's gotten me from
- 4:06A to B in a lot of times in my life when
- 4:07I really needed it.
