  1. 0:00In this video, I'm going to teach you 12
  2. 0:02life-changing ways to use ChatGPT. Now,
  3. 0:04the results that a beginner ChatGPT user
  4. 0:06gets versus an intermediate or advanced
  5. 0:08user is completely different. If you are
  6. 0:10a ChatGPT user, watching this video from
  7. 0:13start to finish [music] is going to make
  8. 0:14you a much better user, I guarantee it.
  9. 0:17And my whole goal with this video is to
  10. 0:18teach you guys 12 really cool ways to
  11. 0:20actually use ChatGPT's advanced
  12. 0:22functionality to significantly improve
  13. 0:24your life and productivity. These are 12
  14. 0:26ways that I use ChatGPT myself. If you
  15. 0:28guys do these yourselves, I guarantee
  16. 0:30you it's going to save you so much time
  17. 0:32and really optimize your life. And
  18. 0:34really ChatGPT has changed so much in
  19. 0:36the last year. So, I'm going to start
  20. 0:37with some big tips I have for you to get
  21. 0:39the most out of ChatGPT. And then we'll
  22. 0:41move directly into these 12 different
  23. 0:42things. Let's get started. So, the first
  24. 0:44thing you guys should definitely be
  25. 0:45using are projects. Projects are
  26. 0:47basically a folder with a brain, so it
  27. 0:49has its own memory, its own files, and
  28. 0:51its own instructions. So, what I like to
  29. 0:53do is set different projects for
  30. 0:55different things in my life. This is the
  31. 0:56number one thing that beginners miss,
  32. 0:58and most of the things that we talk
  33. 0:59about in this video should live in their
  34. 1:01own project. To create a project, you
  35. 1:03just click on new project right here.
  36. 1:05You'll name it, click on this, and
  37. 1:06within this project you'll have your
  38. 1:08different chats. And your sources are
  39. 1:10going to be where you give ChatGPT more
  40. 1:11context, so you can upload a bunch of
  41. 1:13different files and things like that.
  42. 1:15Now, another thing that a lot of
  43. 1:16beginners do is they'll type every
  44. 1:18prompt out. But the truth is typing is
  45. 1:19way slower than actually dictating. So,
  46. 1:22if you click on this button right here,
  47. 1:23you can actually say things into
  48. 1:25ChatGPT, and it's going to be able to
  49. 1:27transcribe it. This will save you a ton
  50. 1:29of time. And there's also tools like
  51. 1:31Whisper Flow that you guys can use, but
  52. 1:32this built-in tool is good enough for
  53. 1:34most people. Now, another thing that you
  54. 1:35absolutely need to know are going to be
  55. 1:37plugins. If you come to settings, and
  56. 1:39then click on plugins right here, we'll
  57. 1:42click on browse plugins. And this is one
  58. 1:43of the most important things that you
  59. 1:45can do in ChatGPT now, and that is to
  60. 1:47connect ChatGPT to a bunch of other
  61. 1:49different apps. So, there are a wide
  62. 1:51range of apps you can connect ChatGPT
  63. 1:52to. And this will work fine for most
  64. 1:54beginners, but what I like to do is I
  65. 1:56like to use an MCP. Essentially, this is
  66. 1:58one connection that allows you to
  67. 1:59connect 9,000 different apps with just
  68. 2:02one login. And the best part is if you
  69. 2:04want to use Claude or ChatGPT or any
  70. 2:06other AI platform, all you need to do is
  71. 2:08connect that one login and it's going to
  72. 2:10have all of your accounts in it. This is
  73. 2:12how I personally connect ChatGPT and
  74. 2:13Claude to all of my apps and logins and
  75. 2:16things like that. Now, Zapier MCP is the
  76. 2:19MCP that I personally use. I think it's
  77. 2:21really great. And this is why I use it
  78. 2:22to connect all of my logins in one
  79. 2:24single spot. I highly recommend you guys
  80. 2:26do this at some point because this is
  81. 2:27the way that any intermediate or
  82. 2:29advanced user is going to connect their
  83. 2:31AI agents to their logins. So, once
  84. 2:33you're in your Zapier account, you're
  85. 2:34going to come here to MCP servers.
  86. 2:36You're going to click this button right
  87. 2:37here, new MCP server. We'll click on
  88. 2:39ChatGPT since that's what we are using.
  89. 2:42You're going to want to turn on
  90. 2:43developer mode. So, under security and
  91. 2:45login, you're going to want to make sure
  92. 2:46that this is selected. Then we're going
  93. 2:48to follow these directions. I'm going to
  94. 2:49copy this URL right now. Under plugins,
  95. 2:52you're going to click on this icon right
  96. 2:53here. We'll name it Zapier MCP. Paste
  97. 2:56that URL right here. Select this and
  98. 2:58click on create. Now, we'll sign in with
  99. 3:00Zapier MCP. Click on allow. And sweet,
  100. 3:02now we have this connected. Now, I'm
  101. 3:04going to copy this prompt right here. Go
  102. 3:05back to ChatGPT. It's going to connect
  103. 3:08to the MCP app for us. Now, here's where
  104. 3:10you're going to be able to add all your
  105. 3:11apps and logins. We can click on this
  106. 3:13button right here. You can search
  107. 3:14through thousands of different apps. For
  108. 3:16example, QuickBooks. I'm going to select
  109. 3:18all. Click on connect. And then you'll
  110. 3:20log in to your QuickBooks account. After
  111. 3:22that, we'll click on add. Now, click
  112. 3:23this. And guys, I want to reiterate
  113. 3:25because it might be a little bit
  114. 3:26confusing why you might want this. But
  115. 3:28instead of connecting everything in
  116. 3:30ChatGPT one at a time, we're going to
  117. 3:32connect everything one at a time here in
  118. 3:34the Zapier MCP. And when we switch
  119. 3:36between ChatGPT and Claude and whatever
  120. 3:39else, all we need to do is log in to our
  121. 3:41Zapier MCP account and all of these apps
  122. 3:43that you connected one time already are
  123. 3:45going to be accessible. This saves a ton
  124. 3:47of time and it's just a better way to do
  125. 3:48these types of connections. Now Now we
  126. 3:50have those out of the way, let's start
  127. 3:51on the 12 life-changing things that you
  128. 3:53guys should be using ChatGPT for. Okay,
  129. 3:55first is going to be time blocking your
  130. 3:56schedule. So, if you're like me, you
  131. 3:58probably have a bunch of things going
  132. 3:59on, and you know, life can get pretty
  133. 4:01hectic. What you can have ChatGPT do is
  134. 4:03actually plan out your entire life by
  135. 4:0615-minute blocks. So, like I said, I
  136. 4:08would recommend creating a new project
  137. 4:10for each of these things. So, I have a
  138. 4:11pretty detailed prompt right here. I'm
  139. 4:13just asking ChatGPT to plan the next 2
  140. 4:16weeks for me. And the reason why I want
  141. 4:17to have this first is because this is
  142. 4:18applicable to everyone watching this
  143. 4:20video. If you want a better schedule, or
  144. 4:22you want more accountability, you can
  145. 4:23use this to create a spreadsheet, and we
  146. 4:25can be really, really intentional with
  147. 4:27our time. So, I gave it some context,
  148. 4:29things that I'm working on, and let's go
  149. 4:30ahead and click enter. So, it's going to
  150. 4:32ask me a few questions, and I'm going to
  151. 4:33go ahead and answer these. Okay, so I've
  152. 4:35gone ahead and answered these questions.
  153. 4:37Click enter. You're going to want to use
  154. 4:38Zapier MCP to connect your Google
  155. 4:40Calendar. So, actually understands that
  156. 4:41I'm traveling for the next 2 weeks based
  157. 4:43on my calendar. [music]
  158. 4:44So, this is great, but it's not that
  159. 4:45practical cuz I don't want to reference
  160. 4:47this, you know, for 2 weeks. So, let's
  161. 4:49actually turn this into a spreadsheet.
  162. 4:51And another way you can actually do it
  163. 4:52is have it create these events on your
  164. 4:54own Google Calendar. Yeah, a lot of
  165. 4:55people don't realize that they can
  166. 4:56actually use ChatGPT to really plan out
  167. 4:59their days and make themselves a lot
  168. 5:01more efficient and productive. So, this
  169. 5:03is one of the things that you want to do
  170. 5:04right now. I highly recommend trying
  171. 5:06this out. So, once that's done, we can
  172. 5:07click on this to download it. Let me
  173. 5:08open this up. And yeah, that looks
  174. 5:10pretty, pretty cool. Of course, it might
  175. 5:12not get everything perfect, and you also
  176. 5:13don't need to do 15-minute blocks. You
  177. 5:16can also do 30 minutes or even an hour.
  178. 5:17But, this has been something that I've
  179. 5:19implemented that has really changed how
  180. 5:21I structure my days. And so, I think a
  181. 5:22lot of you guys should try this out as
  182. 5:23well. Next is using ChatGPT as a mentor.
  183. 5:26And some of you guys might already do
  184. 5:28this, which is great, but this might be
  185. 5:29one of the most valuable things in this
  186. 5:31video. So, I always tell people it is so
  187. 5:33important to have a mentor in life. If
  188. 5:35you're building a business, you should
  189. 5:37have a business mentor. If you're trying
  190. 5:38to grow in some specialized aspect, find
  191. 5:40a mentor that is really good at that.
  192. 5:42Every one of you guys should have a
  193. 5:43mentor project, and you guys should be
  194. 5:45using it consistently every single day.
  195. 5:47This has made such a big impact on how I
  196. 5:50actually grow my businesses. And the
  197. 5:52advice that I've gotten from Chat GPT as
  198. 5:54my mentor is incredible, right? It's
  199. 5:55something that I should be paying money
  200. 5:57for. So, the fact that this is basically
  201. 5:59free is wildly cool. So, I'll write out
  202. 6:01a basic prompt like this. And I'm going
  203. 6:03to blur some of this out cuz some of it
  204. 6:05is sensitive information. But, this is
  205. 6:06really really good advice. And this is
  206. 6:09normally advice that you'd have to pay
  207. 6:11someone a lot of money for. And see,
  208. 6:12everyone has access to a mentor now
  209. 6:15whether it be your business, life,
  210. 6:16anything. And so, most of you guys
  211. 6:18already know that you can do this with
  212. 6:19Chat GPT, but it's sort of hard to think
  213. 6:21about it. And I want you guys to
  214. 6:22actually use this project use this
  215. 6:24mentor project every single day to help
  216. 6:27you make better decisions, grow, give it
  217. 6:29things you're deciding on, and ask for
  218. 6:30feedback, have it poke holes in your
  219. 6:32ideas, have it call you out on things
  220. 6:34when you think you're not doing
  221. 6:35something properly. So, I can say
  222. 6:37something like this, "Someone offered me
  223. 6:385K for a project. Take about 3 weeks.
  224. 6:41Should I do this or not? Help me
  225. 6:42decide." It's saying it is a
  226. 6:43distraction, which I completely agree.
  227. 6:45But, sometimes it is really good to talk
  228. 6:47to someone or Chat GPT about these types
  229. 6:49of decisions. And it's going to make you
  230. 6:50realize a lot of things that you haven't
  231. 6:52thought about. So, yeah, I'm not
  232. 6:53embarrassed to say it, but Chat GPT is
  233. 6:55one of my most important mentors. I
  234. 6:57consult with it every single day, and
  235. 6:59it's helped me make a lot of really
  236. 7:01great decisions within my business over
  237. 7:02the last couple years. If you use this
  238. 7:04properly, I guarantee you it's going to
  239. 7:06help you make an additional $1 million
  240. 7:08minimum in your business. Okay, next is
  241. 7:11using Chat GPT to learn everything. If
  242. 7:13you're like me, you're pretty curious
  243. 7:15person and you like to learn a lot of
  244. 7:16different things. Fortunately, Chat GPT
  245. 7:18can be your tutor or your instructor for
  246. 7:21any topic in the world. For example, I
  247. 7:22can say something like this, "Teach me
  248. 7:24conversational Spanish in 30 days. I can
  249. 7:26do 30 minutes a day, and I am a total
  250. 7:28beginner." Let's go ahead and click
  251. 7:30enter. And so, you know, normally tutors
  252. 7:32cost a lot of money, instructors cost a
  253. 7:33lot of money. But, the thing is you can
  254. 7:35use Chat GPT to basically, I'd say,
  255. 7:37replace a lot of these teachers in your
  256. 7:39life. And yes, it's not the same as
  257. 7:41talking to someone one-on-one or in a
  258. 7:44group setting. But guys, I've learned so
  259. 7:46much on Chat GPT having it be my tutor.
  260. 7:48For example, I'd say that my Chinese is
  261. 7:50significantly better because I use Chat
  262. 7:52GPT. I use it parallel with my actual
  263. 7:54one-on-one tutor, and it's been a
  264. 7:56really, really good combination. So, as
  265. 7:58you can see, day one, right, it's
  266. 8:00starting us out with learning these more
  267. 8:02basic phrases. It's given us the actual
  268. 8:04pronunciation, which is pretty cool. And
  269. 8:06we have this little lesson about a
  270. 8:08specific concept. It's giving us quick
  271. 8:10practice, so things that we can actually
  272. 8:12try to translate right now. And also
  273. 8:14gives us a quiz. So, of course, you can
  274. 8:16structure this differently. If you want
  275. 8:18to not have a quiz, you can, you know,
  276. 8:19not have a quiz. But yeah, seriously,
  277. 8:21this is amazing. You can even use the
  278. 8:23voice functionality, so you can speak
  279. 8:25Spanish into Chat GPT. It can help
  280. 8:27correct your Spanish. And so, having
  281. 8:29this just set as a project is going to
  282. 8:31hold you accountable. You know, you
  283. 8:32compare this with the previous
  284. 8:34scheduling thing where you say, "Okay, I
  285. 8:35want to have a 30-minute block every
  286. 8:37single day where I learn Spanish." And
  287. 8:39that's going to be baked into your
  288. 8:41calendar. Yeah, this works for any
  289. 8:42topic, but I do find that it especially
  290. 8:44works extremely well for languages.
  291. 8:46Okay, next is going to be using Chat GPT
  292. 8:48as your financial advisor. And what
  293. 8:50you're going to want to do is use Zapier
  294. 8:51MCP to connect all of your financials,
  295. 8:54and that's going to make Chat GPT
  296. 8:55extremely powerful. So, I'll create a
  297. 8:57new project for this, and let's say
  298. 8:59financial advisor. We'll click create
  299. 9:01project. And what you're going to want
  300. 9:03to do is go to sources and upload a
  301. 9:06bunch of your tax returns, your
  302. 9:08financial documents. And within Zapier
  303. 9:10MCP, you're also going to want to
  304. 9:11connect QuickBooks, your bank accounts,
  305. 9:14investing accounts, and anything else
  306. 9:16that is part of your financial picture.
  307. 9:17This is going to give Chat GPT a huge
  308. 9:20amount of context about your finances,
  309. 9:22and it's going to be able to give you
  310. 9:23extremely solid advice. So, I'm saying
  311. 9:26something like, "This, you're my
  312. 9:27financial advisor. How much can I
  313. 9:28comfortably spend on a car if I buy it
  314. 9:31this week?" Now, as you can see, you
  315. 9:32just come here anytime you have a
  316. 9:34finance question, and you don't need to
  317. 9:35say, "You're my financial advisor again.
  318. 9:37Just ask it different questions, connect
  319. 9:39your different things to Zapier MCP or
  320. 9:41to ChatGPT directly, and it's going to
  321. 9:43have a very good idea on how to answer
  322. 9:45these questions. So, let's see what it
  323. 9:47says for this particular question. So,
  324. 9:49fortunately, my income is pretty good,
  325. 9:51so it knows all of this. So, it's given
  326. 9:53me a range of costs for cars that I
  327. 9:56could probably afford. It's basically
  328. 9:58saying anything under $200,000 is okay
  329. 10:00for me to buy based on my finances. So,
  330. 10:02as you can see, you can get really
  331. 10:03creative with the types of questions you
  332. 10:05can ask it. Instead of paying a
  333. 10:07financial advisor, you literally have
  334. 10:08something that has all of your contacts
  335. 10:10in one single spot, and you can ask it
  336. 10:13any question about anything related to
  337. 10:15finances. What I like to do is also
  338. 10:16connect my investment accounts, ask it
  339. 10:18how are my returns doing, can you
  340. 10:20analyze the last 6 months of returns,
  341. 10:22what can I improve in my allocations, am
  342. 10:25I being too risky, too conservative?
  343. 10:27There's so much that you guys can do
  344. 10:28with this, and I highly, highly
  345. 10:29recommend trying this out. If you have a
  346. 10:31business, you can even have it look at
  347. 10:32your QuickBooks account, help you with
  348. 10:34your bookkeeping, help you with all of
  349. 10:36your P&L reports and stuff like that. A
  350. 10:38super, super powerful thing that you
  351. 10:39guys can do that will absolutely change
  352. 10:41your life. When I'm also thinking about
  353. 10:42investing in something new, like a new
  354. 10:44company, project, private equity deal, I
  355. 10:47will upload the documents to my ChatGPT,
  356. 10:49have it analyze it, and give me a
  357. 10:51report. Okay, so next up is using
  358. 10:53ChatGPT as your personal assistant. Now,
  359. 10:55prior to ChatGPT, most people in the
  360. 10:57world did not have personal assistants,
  361. 10:59and that's because they're just too
  362. 11:00expensive. Well, with ChatGPT, you can
  363. 11:02have your own executive assistant that
  364. 11:04costs nothing. It can actually do stuff
  365. 11:06for you. Right, like you can actually
  366. 11:07draft and send emails, you can create
  367. 11:09documents, it can connect a bunch of
  368. 11:11different apps together and actually do
  369. 11:13things in them. So, what you can have is
  370. 11:15have an assistant project. So, here's a
  371. 11:17quick prompt that I wrote with ChatGPT.
  372. 11:20Yes, you can make your prompts with
  373. 11:21ChatGPT, that can save a lot of time.
  374. 11:23And so, we can do stuff like this. Okay,
  375. 11:25so I want to have breakfast with Jake on
  376. 11:27Saturday at 7:00 a.m. PST. Add that to
  377. 11:29my calendar, and then draft up an email
  378. 11:31that I can send. Cool, so it's talk to
  379. 11:33Google Calendar with my Zapier
  380. 11:34integration and it's added breakfast
  381. 11:36with Jake on my calendar and it's
  382. 11:38drafted this email for me. So yeah, as
  383. 11:39you guys can see it is listed right
  384. 11:41here. It made it a meet link. Although
  385. 11:43this is going to be in person, but I
  386. 11:45guess I didn't clarify. Yeah, all these
  387. 11:46little tasks now you can just have
  388. 11:48ChatGPT actually go ahead and do them.
  389. 11:50And a lot of people still don't realize
  390. 11:51this, but they can all have their own
  391. 11:53executive assistant. Of course, they
  392. 11:55can't go drop off the kids at school,
  393. 11:58but anything that involves a computer it
  394. 12:00can do. Okay, next is going to be image
  395. 12:02generation. So instead of hiring a
  396. 12:03graphic designer, I like to actually
  397. 12:05build a lot of my images, logos,
  398. 12:07concepts within ChatGPT. This also works
  399. 12:09for creating invites for a party, making
  400. 12:12ads, redesigning a room, pretty much
  401. 12:14anything that involves an image. So I
  402. 12:16can say something like this, "I'm
  403. 12:17starting a coffee cart called Morning
  404. 12:19Ritual. Give me three logo directions.
  405. 12:21Max two colors, has to look good on a
  406. 12:23small cup." A lot of people don't
  407. 12:24realize that ChatGPT has a very powerful
  408. 12:27image generation model. And so once we
  409. 12:29have these directions, it seems pretty
  410. 12:32good. Now I will say is create these
  411. 12:34logos and also show them on a sample
  412. 12:36cup. Rendered out these three concepts.
  413. 12:38You can always revise these. For
  414. 12:40example, let's say I like number one,
  415. 12:42but I want smaller on the cup and also
  416. 12:45let's add a hint of yellow to the sun
  417. 12:49part of the logo. Cool, so it's gone
  418. 12:51ahead and done that. It's added some
  419. 12:53yellow to the sun part. Overall, I think
  420. 12:55this looks really good. And now you can
  421. 12:56have it rendered out a PNG file, a JPEG,
  422. 12:59whatever it is. You can create one with
  423. 13:01a transparent background. You can also
  424. 13:02create party invites. So create a party
  425. 13:04invite for the Saturday at 8:00 p.m.
  426. 13:06BYOB, food will be provided. Address is
  427. 13:08123 Main Street. Party last 3 hours and
  428. 13:11celebrating my 34th birthday. Let's make
  429. 13:13it minimalistic. And so instead of
  430. 13:15manually creating things on, let's say,
  431. 13:17Canva or Photoshop, you can actually
  432. 13:19just build a lot of these things
  433. 13:21directly within ChatGPT. This has saved
  434. 13:23me a ton of money and also time. And
  435. 13:25it's something that everyone you guys
  436. 13:26should be doing. Cool, so that's done
  437. 13:27and these actually look pretty solid. I
  438. 13:29can also upload a picture of myself and
  439. 13:31have it put my picture on the invite or
  440. 13:34something like that. You can also click
  441. 13:35this plus button right here. Let's
  442. 13:37upload a file. Okay, so this image right
  443. 13:39here. Make this look like it was taken
  444. 13:43with a disposable camera at night with
  445. 13:47flash. You can also have it edit photos
  446. 13:49for you. So let's see how this turns
  447. 13:50out. Yeah, no reason why you guys
  448. 13:52shouldn't have amazing graphics, amazing
  449. 13:54logos, and even be able to edit your
  450. 13:56photos using ChatGPT. There you have it
  451. 13:58and honestly that looks really good.
  452. 14:00It's crazy that it just made that from
  453. 14:02this original image, which was
  454. 14:03completely taken during the day. So
  455. 14:06very, very cool. Okay, next is going to
  456. 14:07be deep research for big decisions.
  457. 14:10Before I buy anything or make any big
  458. 14:12decision, what I will do is I will
  459. 14:14consult with ChatGPT. And yes, you can
  460. 14:16use your mentor for this. Yes, you can
  461. 14:18use your assistant for this. But what
  462. 14:19ChatGPT can really do well is create big
  463. 14:22research documents. Here's a prompt.
  464. 14:24Let's say I'm trying to buy a
  465. 14:25convertible car seat for my 18-month-old
  466. 14:28kid who does not exist. Here's my
  467. 14:29budget. Basically, I want to create a
  468. 14:31report with the top three ones that I
  469. 14:33should buy. Cool, so it's given us a
  470. 14:35list of different ones. Each of these
  471. 14:37has a link to purchase it at various
  472. 14:39different retailers. And so yeah, you
  473. 14:41guys really should not be doing any
  474. 14:42manual research anymore because it is
  475. 14:44like 100 times faster when you just do
  476. 14:46it directly in ChatGPT. So all my
  477. 14:48decisions, I consult with ChatGPT first.
  478. 14:51You can even ask it follow-up questions.
  479. 14:53So let's give it some context. This is
  480. 14:55not true. I just had ChatGPT make this
  481. 14:57little prompt. We drive a 2019 CRV. My
  482. 15:00wife is 5'2", so it has to be easy to
  483. 15:02install and also the front seat room
  484. 15:04matter. Does that change your pick? So
  485. 15:06yes, it says that does actually change
  486. 15:09the pick that it gives us. References a
  487. 15:11bunch of different sites. It references
  488. 15:13forums. It references videos. And now
  489. 15:15it's revised the ranking and it says
  490. 15:17this one is now the clear winner. This
  491. 15:19is just a very basic use case of how I'd
  492. 15:21use it to do research. If you want to
  493. 15:24invest in let's say three different
  494. 15:25stocks and you want to see how much you
  495. 15:27should put into each one, you can also
  496. 15:28have it create a report on those
  497. 15:30companies, what it thinks about each
  498. 15:32one. Of course, your financial decisions
  499. 15:34are yours, but it just can present us a
  500. 15:36ton of information in a very
  501. 15:38easy-to-read way and really just help us
  502. 15:40make much more better informed
  503. 15:42decisions. Okay, the next use case is
  504. 15:44one of my favorites and it's using
  505. 15:45ChatGPT to decode confusing documents.
  506. 15:48So, you guys have probably been had a
  507. 15:50huge PDF or a big contract and you don't
  508. 15:53want to read through all of it, but you
  509. 15:54want to understand the pros, the cons,
  510. 15:57if there's anything that needs to
  511. 15:58absolutely be changed. And so, what you
  512. 16:00can do with ChatGPT is you can just
  513. 16:02upload a document and it can actually
  514. 16:04read the entire thing for you, analyze
  515. 16:06it for you, and give you any action
  516. 16:08items. So, I'm actually having it create
  517. 16:09a fake lease so I can show you guys how
  518. 16:11it can actually analyze this fake lease.
  519. 16:14So, yes, you can create documents like
  520. 16:15this, too. You can create contracts. So,
  521. 16:17once that's done, so I'm going to
  522. 16:18download it. Now, let's actually upload
  523. 16:19that file. Just got this lease.
  524. 16:21Anything, help me analyze it. Now, it's
  525. 16:23going to read this fake lease document
  526. 16:25and it's going to actually analyze it.
  527. 16:26So, obviously, it knows that it's a
  528. 16:28fictional training example, but it also
  529. 16:30tells me some of the serious problems.
  530. 16:32So, one, two, and three, all these
  531. 16:34different things. It's saying that it
  532. 16:35demands too high of a deposit and is
  533. 16:38allowed. The landlord reserves the right
  534. 16:40to lock you out and shut off utilities.
  535. 16:42And so, yeah, I'm sent contracts a lot
  536. 16:44and instead of reading all of them, I
  537. 16:45just plug them into ChatGPT and I have
  538. 16:47it read it for me. It's also able to
  539. 16:49summarize huge documents for me, which
  540. 16:51saves me a ton of time. And so, yeah,
  541. 16:52think of it as like a lawyer you have on
  542. 16:55retainer. You can just look at your
  543. 16:57documents. They won't charge you
  544. 16:58anything and they'll give you a report
  545. 17:00on what they find. Okay, next is going
  546. 17:01to be the AI employee. So, we've talked
  547. 17:03about having ChatGPT be your assistant
  548. 17:05and stuff like that, but ChatGPT can
  549. 17:07actually be a real employee within your
  550. 17:10company. Now, the way that I'm able to
  551. 17:11accomplish this is I'm able to connect
  552. 17:13all of my business tools, which are not
  553. 17:15normally able to connect to chat GPT
  554. 17:18directly. I do this all through Zapier
  555. 17:20MCP and I can actually control and get
  556. 17:23reports on these accounts directly
  557. 17:25within chat GPT. So, for example, I've
  558. 17:27connected Omnisend, my email marketing
  559. 17:30platform, to chat GPT using the Zapier
  560. 17:32MCP. I've connected it to a demo account
  561. 17:34for my privacy, but now I can say
  562. 17:36something like this. So, how were sales
  563. 17:37for the last 30 days in my Omnisend
  564. 17:39account? What emails should I be sending
  565. 17:40out for Black Friday? So, it's access to
  566. 17:42my account directly in chat GPT, which
  567. 17:45is super cool. These are the last five
  568. 17:47campaigns sent. It's doing an analysis
  569. 17:50on this. There's no revenue data because
  570. 17:52this is a demo account. It's giving us a
  571. 17:54suggestion on the Black Friday campaign
  572. 17:56that we should be running. So, I can
  573. 17:57actually be like this, draft up a
  574. 17:59November two email you suggested in my
  575. 18:01account. So, it's actually going to
  576. 18:02build this email campaign directly in my
  577. 18:04Omnisend account. Again, this is all
  578. 18:06possible because of the MCP connection.
  579. 18:08You can also have your different apps
  580. 18:09and platforms talk to one another. So,
  581. 18:11for example, I can have this email be
  582. 18:13drafted, I can have it sent out, a
  583. 18:15notification sent to my Slack account
  584. 18:17when that is done. I can turn on and off
  585. 18:19meta ads within my meta ads account. And
  586. 18:21you can also give chat GPT a goal that
  587. 18:24you want and have it work within all of
  588. 18:26these apps. The reason why this is so
  589. 18:28cool is because you have a central place
  590. 18:30where you can give commands. It's like a
  591. 18:31command center and you can give very
  592. 18:33high-level tasks without telling it all
  593. 18:35these specific directions and it can
  594. 18:37actually do that within your apps
  595. 18:39directly. Cool, so now it says it has
  596. 18:41drafted this email. If I go to my
  597. 18:43campaigns within my Omnisend account,
  598. 18:45you can see it is drafted here. I just
  599. 18:47want to show you guys for proof, let's
  600. 18:48take a look at the actual email content
  601. 18:50and there you go. It's missing pictures
  602. 18:51because this store is not populated with
  603. 18:53the correct items. As you can see, it's
  604. 18:55done this all for me. There's no reason
  605. 18:57why you guys should not be able to
  606. 18:58rapidly grow your business with AI tools
  607. 19:01like chat GPT, especially when you
  608. 19:03connect all of your platforms to it and
  609. 19:04give it high-level tasks to work on.
  610. 19:07Okay, next is using chat GPT as a health
  611. 19:09and fitness coach. If you think about
  612. 19:11it, it makes a lot of sense to use
  613. 19:12ChatGPT for a use like this. Be my
  614. 19:15fitness coach. I'm 35, 190 lbs. I want
  615. 19:17to drop 15 lbs and get stronger. Here's
  616. 19:20what I want to do. Once I approve, push
  617. 19:22this to my calendar. Cool. So, it has
  618. 19:25given us a training plan. And guys,
  619. 19:27accountability is so important for this
  620. 19:29type of stuff. You can also upload a lot
  621. 19:30more context like your blood work and
  622. 19:32other stuff about you. And that can
  623. 19:34actually help you create a pretty good
  624. 19:35nutrition plan. So, for now, it doesn't
  625. 19:37have that much information about me. So,
  626. 19:39it still gave me something. But, the
  627. 19:40more information you give it, the more
  628. 19:42accurate and the better results. So,
  629. 19:44it's given us the entire game plan for
  630. 19:46the result that I wanted. We'll say
  631. 19:48approved. Okay, it's talking to my
  632. 19:50Google Calendar. Now, let me check my
  633. 19:51calendar. All right. So, as you can see
  634. 19:53on my calendar, we now have all these
  635. 19:55workouts right here. This is a recurring
  636. 19:57task. So, pretty cool that I can just
  637. 19:58connect directly to my calendar. And
  638. 20:00yeah, seriously, your health and your
  639. 20:02nutrition can be optimized. All you need
  640. 20:04to do is ask ChatGPT how to do it. You
  641. 20:06can also have it hold you accountable.
  642. 20:08So, just treat it as your personal
  643. 20:09trainer. You can create different
  644. 20:11reports that it sends you every single
  645. 20:12day. Yeah, you can really get creative
  646. 20:14with how you use this. When you're at
  647. 20:15the gym, too, you can even use the voice
  648. 20:17mode. So, using ChatGPT on your phone is
  649. 20:20really, really great. And you can say
  650. 20:21something like, you know, I just
  651. 20:22finished. I benched three sets of eight
  652. 20:24uh 135 lbs. And I did three sets of rows
  653. 20:27at 120 lbs. And it can actually log all
  654. 20:30of this for you. Okay, next is using
  655. 20:32ChatGPT as your personal therapist. So,
  656. 20:34what you want to do here is create a new
  657. 20:36project and name it therapist. And then,
  658. 20:38all you have to do is just start talking
  659. 20:40to it. Over time, it's going to build up
  660. 20:41context. It's going to know what you
  661. 20:44have troubles with, what you are good
  662. 20:46at, what things you want to work on. And
  663. 20:48all this is stored within this project.
  664. 20:50Now, I will say this is not like a full
  665. 20:52replacement for a real therapist. If
  666. 20:54you're actually struggling a lot,
  667. 20:55definitely talk to a real therapist in
  668. 20:58person. But, this is a great way for
  669. 21:00everyone to get some of the effects of
  670. 21:02therapy without spending any money. I've
  671. 21:04used this for a lot of my own
  672. 21:06reflection. I've used it for a lot of my
  673. 21:08own problems I'm having in my life. I do
  674. 21:10have my own actual therapist, but doing
  675. 21:12this alongside it has actually been
  676. 21:14really beneficial. A lot of couples,
  677. 21:15too, they might need couples therapy.
  678. 21:17You can create a couples therapist
  679. 21:19project. And guys, trust me, it's
  680. 21:21actually really, really good. And a lot
  681. 21:23of people will think, you know, you're
  682. 21:24just chatting with someone, you're not
  683. 21:25actually going to care what it says. But
  684. 21:27actually, I take a lot of what it tells
  685. 21:29me extremely serious. It gives me really
  686. 21:31good ideas. It makes really good points.
  687. 21:33And yes, actually a really good
  688. 21:34therapist. A lot of men choose
  689. 21:36specifically, like we don't really talk
  690. 21:38about our feelings. We don't really
  691. 21:39share our thoughts and things that are
  692. 21:42happening. So, you can just use this as
  693. 21:43a place to get these things out. Instead
  694. 21:46of balling everything up, this is a
  695. 21:47great place to actually get it out and
  696. 21:49also get some advice in return. This is
  697. 21:51a fantastic way to use ChatGPT that most
  698. 21:53people are not doing. Okay, the last use
  699. 21:56case I want to talk about is having some
  700. 21:57type of end of day or end of week
  701. 21:59business report. Now, not all of you
  702. 22:01guys might have a business, but the
  703. 22:03concept is still going to be very
  704. 22:04useful. So, once you connected your
  705. 22:06Slack, your emails, your messaging
  706. 22:08platforms, what you can basically do is
  707. 22:10have ChatGPT create a scheduled task
  708. 22:12every single, let's say, week. We can do
  709. 22:14something like this. Every weekday at
  710. 22:166:00 p.m., go through my Slack and email
  711. 22:18from today and send me a report. So,
  712. 22:20five most important things that
  713. 22:21happened, what's waiting on me,
  714. 22:23questions people asked that I never
  715. 22:24answered, and also anything that smells
  716. 22:26like a problem brewing. So, just by
  717. 22:27saying every weekday at 6:00 p.m., it
  718. 22:29knows to create a daily report. And
  719. 22:32sweet, now that is scheduled. So, if I
  720. 22:33come here to schedule, you'll see our
  721. 22:35daily comms report is here. Now, it's
  722. 22:37not 6:00 p.m. yet, so it hasn't run this
  723. 22:39report, but since my email and my Slack
  724. 22:41is connected, it's going to be able to
  725. 22:43go through all of those messages. I find
  726. 22:45that ChatGPT is really good at taking a
  727. 22:47lot of information in a bunch of
  728. 22:49different places and compiling them all
  729. 22:51together for a really easy-to-read
  730. 22:53report. And so, instead of scrambling to
  731. 22:55check everything, you can just read this
  732. 22:57one report, right? You'll also probably
  733. 22:59miss some things in your emails or your
  734. 23:01Slack messages, and this is going to
  735. 23:03bring those up. This has saved me tons
  736. 23:05and tons of time. So, yeah, we just
  737. 23:06covered 12 really cool ways to use
  738. 23:08ChatGPT. Hopefully, you guys will start
  739. 23:10using projects. Hopefully, you guys will
  740. 23:11start using voice to dictate. And of
  741. 23:13course, hopefully, you guys will set up
  742. 23:15your Zapier MCP. It's just the best way
  743. 23:17to connect all your apps and logins in
  744. 23:19one single spot. I have a link down
  745. 23:20below to Zapier as well as any other
  746. 23:22resources we talked about in this video.
  747. 23:24And yeah, let me know in the comments
  748. 23:25which of these you are going to set up
  749. 23:26first. Overall, you guys should know
  750. 23:28that ChatGPT is so so powerful,
  751. 23:30especially when you connect it to all of
  752. 23:32your apps and logins. If you had told me
  753. 23:34that I could do this stuff 3-4 years
  754. 23:36ago, I would have slapped you. And yeah,
  755. 23:38don't get overwhelmed. Don't try to set
  756. 23:39all these up at once. Start one at a
  757. 23:41time. Over time, you're going to have a
  758. 23:43really, really good system, and your
  759. 23:45life is going to be probably running a
  760. 23:46lot smoother just because of all these
  761. 23:48different things. I hope you guys got
  762. 23:50some value from this video, and if you
  763. 23:51did, make sure to like, comment,
  764. 23:53subscribe. I do a ton of videos about
  765. 23:55AI, entrepreneurship, finance, all stuff
  766. 23:57to help you guys live a financially
  767. 23:58successful life. I really appreciate you
  768. 24:00guys for sticking around until the end,
  769. 24:02and I'll see you in the next video.
  770. 24:03Peace.
