17. 0:33dollars per month with a youtube channel

32. 1:05to 10k per month with this brand new
33. 1:07youtube channel the self-sustaining
34. 1:09youtube channel in one year so there's
35. 1:11going to be 52 of these videos if you
36. 1:13want a behind-the-scenes step-by-step
37. 1:15daily vlog of what i'm doing if you want
38. 1:18to see the niche that i picked if you
39. 1:20want to see the
40. 1:21domain name and the youtube channel you
41. 1:22want to see all of that i've set up a
42. 1:24discord and it's a it's a paid discord
43. 1:26to keep the riffraff out but i've set up
44. 1:28a paid discord where you can see
45. 1:30everything now don't worry i'm not using
46. 1:32the discord to make money at the end of
47. 1:35the 52 weeks i'm actually going to pick
48. 1:37a few names out of the hat and i'm going
49. 1:39to give all of that money away so if you
50. 1:42join the discord and you're there for
51. 1:44the end of it so you know through the 52
52. 1:46weeks or or so i'm going to have a
53. 1:49random drawing a random raffle and
54. 1:51you're going to win the money back so if
55. 1:52there's like three million dollars in
56. 1:54there i'm giving three million dollars
57. 1:56away that'll probably probably be tough
58. 1:58for many people to hear but i'll give
59. 2:00that money away uh the purpose of the
60. 2:02discord isn't to collect money and make
61. 2:04money off of it it's just to
62. 2:06make sure that you know people aren't
63. 2:08stealing ideas it's a safe community for
64. 2:11people to grow together with that out of
65. 2:13the way let's go ahead and recap
66. 2:15everything that i did in week one what
67. 2:17my plans are for week two and everything
68. 2:20else that you need to know so just to
69. 2:23give you an idea
70. 2:24this is the process okay this is what my
71. 2:27my plan is i'm going to create a tick
72. 2:29tock and pinterest account and i'm going
73. 2:31to send all of my traffic to youtube and
74. 2:34then with youtube i am going to have a
75. 2:36link in the description and that link is
76. 2:38going to be on with a landing page uh
77. 2:40where i have a headline a sub headline
78. 2:42name email and a submit button and then
79. 2:45a thank you page now on my thank you
80. 2:46page i'm going to have three affiliate
81. 2:48links i've actually already set up this
82. 2:51site of it already and so there's an
83. 2:53opportunity for me to earn commissions
84. 2:56right on the thank you page okay am i
85. 2:58expecting that no not at all
86. 3:00and what i'm thinking about doing later
87. 3:02on is i might change this from a thank
88. 3:04you page to a page where i'm selling
89. 3:06something like a mini course which i'll
90. 3:08get into in just a moment um also when
91. 3:10people enter in their name and their
92. 3:11email
93. 3:13they are going to get added to our
94. 3:15mailing list and so this is the process
95. 3:17for the mailing list they're going to
96. 3:18get the free guide on um email one and
97. 3:21then i'm going to send them to a youtube
98. 3:24video that i've created and then the
99. 3:26third email will be a money email so
100. 3:28maybe i'll put together a list of like
101. 3:30the 10 best products for
102. 3:33um for for the niche and then within
103. 3:36that email i'll have different affiliate
104. 3:38links or i might create like a little
105. 3:39blog post and i'll have those affiliate
106. 3:41links there
107. 3:42and i'll make money so
108. 3:44this is going to be the process
109. 3:46for
110. 3:48getting to
111. 3:49uh 10k people always ask how do i get
112. 3:51traffic or what's the best traffic
113. 3:53source this is what i'm going to use
114. 3:55i'm going to upload about three tick
115. 3:57tock videos per week i'm all going to be
116. 3:59pushing people to my youtube channel i'm
117. 4:01going to create pinterest pins
118. 4:03based off of tick tock videos and i'm
119. 4:05going to create static pens
120. 4:07about the
121. 4:08content over on youtube okay and if you
122. 4:11are in my discord you will see the blog
123. 4:14that i set up which i'll talk about in a
124. 4:16minute you'll see the pinterest page
125. 4:18i've already created and as well as the
126. 4:20tic tac account that i've already
127. 4:22created so you'll actually get a
128. 4:22behind-the-scenes look as to what i'm
129. 4:25doing every single day you'll also have
130. 4:27access to this google doc on this google
131. 4:29doc i have tons of information
132. 4:31about um what i'm actually doing so uh
133. 4:34just to quickly run through the summary
134. 4:36what i've done this past
135. 4:38past week i've obviously made zero
136. 4:40dollars because i haven't
137. 4:42created any pieces of content
138. 4:44if we scroll down here um i picked a
139. 4:47niche it's in the cooking space which is
140. 4:48gonna be really cool i initially i found
141. 4:50maybe four to five different keywords
142. 4:52and in the video that i did back on
143. 4:55monday i actually showed you the
144. 4:56keywords that i'm going to use
145. 4:58i created a wordpress website and a
146. 5:01domain name that took me probably about
147. 5:0215 to 20 minutes i actually signed up
148. 5:05for system.io now the reason why i want
149. 5:07to use system.io is to try and make this
150. 5:10as cheap as possible because a lot of
151. 5:12people say i don't have any money to get
152. 5:14started and you can actually create a
153. 5:16landing page and email marketing with
154. 5:19system io and if you want to get started
155. 5:22you can it's 100 free uh with system i
156. 5:25created a landing page a thank you page
157. 5:27which i alluded to on this page you can
158. 5:30see here um
159. 5:32and actually created my first email for
160. 5:34the email autoresponder
161. 5:36also i created a list for affiliate
162. 5:39products and and i just want to talk
163. 5:41about monetization real quick these are
164. 5:43the different ways that i'm going to
165. 5:44monetize um obviously i've already
166. 5:46talked about the free lead magnet which
167. 5:47i hired somebody to do for 15
168. 5:51i'm actually going to create a little
169. 5:52mini course and that mini course is
170. 5:54going to be designed to help busy
171. 5:56parents and i'm going to sell that mini
172. 5:58course for 47
173. 6:00um it's actually going to be like a
174. 6:01step-by-step tutorial on within my niche
175. 6:04i think that's going to be pretty cool
176. 6:05and eventually that's going to replace
177. 6:08this thank you page so
178. 6:10in the beginning the thank you page goes
179. 6:11to affiliate products eventually that
180. 6:13thank you page will redirect to a sales
181. 6:15page where i say hey um
182. 6:18you know your lead magnets on the way
183. 6:21while you wait check out this training
184. 6:24on how to do something
185. 6:26in something something so how to do x in
186. 6:29y without z okay
187. 6:31um if we go back over here i also plan
188. 6:33on having merch the merch is basically
189. 6:35going to be my logo and maybe a saying
190. 6:37that i come up with while i'm while i'm
191. 6:40doing my my cooking thing i also looked
192. 6:43at getting physical products from like
193. 6:45alibaba or you know somewhere overseas
194. 6:48and then having them white label so
195. 6:50basically what that means is i will and
196. 6:52this is going to be like a long-term
197. 6:53strategy something that i don't do now
198. 6:55um it'll be something that i do once i
199. 6:57start making money and i can reinvest in
200. 6:58my business
201. 6:59um and what we'll do is i'll buy
202. 7:03merchandise related to cooking and then
203. 7:05i'll have my logo put on it in some way
204. 7:08and that'll be a cool way to make some
205. 7:10money it's physical products so um it's
206. 7:12gonna be kind of a pain to do because
207. 7:14i'm gonna have to ship stuff out that's
208. 7:16gonna be uh something that i'll you know
209. 7:18obviously show you and one of the
210. 7:19challenges that i run into but this is
211. 7:21going to be another way that we make
212. 7:22money uh merchandise we've talked about
213. 7:24we're gonna use probably like um
214. 7:26teespring for merchandise um and i could
215. 7:29actually set that up once i get my logo
216. 7:32uh physical products which i talked
217. 7:33about and then i'm hoping for brand
218. 7:34deals and sponsorships now that's not
219. 7:36something that'll come until maybe five
220. 7:38to ten thousand subscribers once i get
221. 7:40there uh but that's going to be another
222. 7:42revenue stream which i will i will explo
223. 7:45expose and show you um so the other
224. 7:47things that i've worked on lead magnet
225. 7:50created so i actually hired somebody
226. 7:51over on higher writers to come up with
227. 7:53this lead magnet just simply because i
228. 7:55didn't want to take the time to do it
229. 7:56it's going to cost me 15 bucks
230. 7:59i signed up for pinterest and tick tock
231. 8:01and i purchased a logo over on fiverr
232. 8:04which hopefully will be here in the next
233. 8:05few days so i can start working on some
234. 8:07other stuff
235. 8:08week two these are the things that i'm
236. 8:10going to do for this week i'm going to
237. 8:11create four videos
238. 8:13four videos are going to based on my
239. 8:15niche
240. 8:16and
241. 8:17that's going to be pretty cool i'm
242. 8:19actually going to record those videos
243. 8:20and i'll have them
244. 8:23created
245. 8:24and next i'm going to add more emails to
246. 8:26my autoresponder and i'm going to apply
247. 8:28for affiliate programs also i'm going to
248. 8:30do in week 2 is i'm going to come up
249. 8:31with
250. 8:32about 26 keywords keywords
251. 8:35so that when i can create content i can
252. 8:38just create it instead of having to go
253. 8:40back and forth now if you are following
254. 8:43along with me you're just getting
255. 8:44started with your youtube channel
256. 8:46a great place to start
257. 8:48is to obviously you want to pick a niche
258. 8:51and then you want to start thinking
259. 8:52about monetization right away the reason
260. 8:55why i want you to start thinking about
261. 8:56monetization is because obviously we're
262. 8:58starting a youtube channel to make money
263. 9:00and i don't want you to start a channel
264. 9:01and they get pigeonholed and realize
265. 9:03that there's really limited ways to make
266. 9:05money one of the reasons why i chose
267. 9:07this niche is that i think it gives me a
268. 9:09lot of opportunities to create content
269. 9:11and make money all right so you pick a
270. 9:14niche write down all the different ways
271. 9:16that you can monetize look up different
272. 9:17affiliate programs look up and see
273. 9:19people are selling content within this
274. 9:22niche okay it's really easy to do hop on
275. 9:24over to amazon and type in your niche
276. 9:26and look and see if people are selling
277. 9:28books look and see if people are selling
278. 9:29different products and services um and
279. 9:32and that'll that'll give you a pretty
280. 9:34good idea but if you were just getting
281. 9:36started and believe it or not this all
282. 9:38probably took me less than
283. 9:40three hours everything that i did
284. 9:42took me less than three hours to do in
285. 9:44total okay you don't have to get a
286. 9:46domain name in wordpress i think it
287. 9:48helps with branding it makes it a little
288. 9:50bit realer and i think you should do
289. 9:52that too but if you don't have any money
290. 9:54to invest obviously pick a niche go out
291. 9:56and find different keywords and you can
292. 9:58do this by going over to youtube and
293. 10:00just typing in your different keywords
294. 10:04find affiliate products you can do that
295. 10:05for free and there's a bunch of
296. 10:06different ways to do that
297. 10:08keyword research we talked about
298. 10:10monetization you want to have a plan for
299. 10:11your monetization strategies and one of
300. 10:13the best ways to find
301. 10:15different monitor monetization
302. 10:17strategies is to look at competitors
303. 10:19within your niche for example if we head
304. 10:21on over to youtube
305. 10:23youtube and we could look up something
306. 10:26like
307. 10:27um
308. 10:28let's look up
309. 10:30security cameras and we look up security
310. 10:32cameras
311. 10:34for home like this and we're just going
312. 10:36to look at the different
313. 10:38channels
314. 10:40that are already in the space and look
315. 10:41and see how they're monetized monetizing
316. 10:43it
317. 10:44if they are monetizing it with products
318. 10:47that they're creating great if they're
319. 10:48using patreon uh just know that you're
320. 10:50gonna have to dedicate more time and
321. 10:52energy in order for you to make more
322. 10:54money so one of the best ways is to look
323. 10:56and see what your competitors are doing
324. 10:57also look on amazon like i mentioned to
325. 10:59see what's already out there
326. 11:01tons of different opportunities and then
327. 11:03see if maybe you could even white label
328. 11:04something like i did
329. 11:07the best in my opinion the best products
330. 11:08are digital products because you don't
331. 11:10really have to worry about delivering
332. 11:12them as much you set it up once and then
333. 11:14it will be available to you forever
334. 11:17so again if you want to follow me on

336. 11:21do is obviously subscribe to this
337. 11:22channel if you want an over the shoulder
338. 11:25what is he doing every single day type
339. 11:27of thing join the discord within the
340. 11:29discord anytime i make a change or make
341. 11:31a movement i post it there and i think
342. 11:35that's something that's 100 unique
343. 11:37nobody else is doing this is showing you
344. 11:39how to go from zero to ten a lot of
345. 11:42people will tell you how they got to ten
346. 11:45and nobody is actually showing people
347. 11:47how they got to ten i think that's a
348. 11:48very
349. 11:49important step showing versus telling
350. 11:52there are tons of videos on youtube that
351. 11:54say how i got a hundred thousand
352. 11:56subscribers in six months but they don't
353. 11:58say they don't actually show you that
354. 11:59what they did and this this um this
355. 12:02challenge this you know one year
356. 12:04challenge is going to be probably the
357. 12:06only thing out there that shows
358. 12:09how i got from zero to ten what i will
359. 12:12wind up doing is i'm actually gonna turn
360. 12:13this into a course okay so let's say
361. 12:16after
362. 12:17um let's say after six months i get to
363. 12:20ten thousand dollars for with my youtube
364. 12:22channel i'm going to turn it into a
365. 12:23course and sell it because this is going
366. 12:25to be the only thing out there that
367. 12:28shows people step by step exactly what
368. 12:29to do
369. 12:31using real examples and you can see real
370. 12:33progression
371. 12:34nobody has that foresight to say i'm
372. 12:36going to record everything and let
373. 12:38people know exactly what's going on so
374. 12:40if you want to follow along on the

377. 12:45probably be that course that i come out
378. 12:47with eventually and the course will be a
